easily installed great fit I’m happy

We went to install this product and had 59.5 inch width to work with. But when we opened the box, instead of 60 inches wide, it was 59 inches wide. I don't know if it would have been a good product because it was a full inch less than what we ordered and the box has printed on it.

It’s just beautiful and the contractor said this was so easy to install.

Took way longer to be delivered and Shower Pan was absolute garbage went and bought a better one. Walls were good and what I expected

The pan is flimsy but that pales in comparison to the poor glass door design. The overlap is too small and the gasket just squeegees water into the floor. 3 months after install we ripped it out and went with something else. Worst design and quality ever. Thousands down the tube. I’ll never buy American standard ever again.

Cheap pan, warped panels continually popping off the wall. All ended up in the trash.

I am pleased with the surround and base, but the door. Yeah it’s not very good leaks water out onto the floor so I mean we had to caulk everything imaginable which It didn’t state in the instructions and the bottom gasket is too short. I would not recommend to anyone the passage 60“ x 72“ frameless shower door nothing but problems.

I’m very poorly built face install Prado found it holds water around all the outside edges perfectly level install in building material for base per manufacture very disappointed would not buy this product in fact I’m taking it back with a Joke

Pathetic installation directions

The product came in incorrect. When I did correct it, the product had a crack.

I am absolutely shocked at the cost to quality ratio of this kit. Not worth $200. As a professional installer I had to make significant changes to the installation procedure to make sure that this product not only lasts, but works at all. The pan as by far the most poorly designed/built pan I've seen yet. The amount of motar needed to follow directions is a joke. The amount of motar needed to make this pan actually stable and sturdy is insane. Wish I could say more WARNING do not buy.

Pan was defective shape, would've caused the water to run off the sides. Contractor had to replace it with a different one. Going to try to utilize the walls but after reading the reviews I am scared that they will fail as well :( Pieces of crap

Cheap looking flimsy stick up walls with a big price tag. Awful.

The shower itself is really nice but the install directions are the worst. It doesnt say on the box for base but you have to motar the base or its very flimsey. If i would have known that in the begining I would have not purchased this shower. Found i had to when i watched install video

This is the worst thing I could’ve purchased for our master bath shower. Our back panels arrived warped. Every thing was prepped and instructions followed to the letter and the back panels will not stay stuck to the wall. Only thing holding them up is the silicone around the edges. It’s ridiculous. Wish I could get my money back.

When we got the item, the base kit was warped. We tried to return it to Home Depot but they said that it had to go to the manufacturer. When we contacted American Standard we were told that it would be 2 weeks before we would get shipped a replacement. We could not go without a shower for that long. Fortunately, our contractor was able to figure out a way to get the pitch right. Not very pleased with customer service. But, the shower walls look nice.

We were looking for a low cost option to replace our bath tub stall and really liked the shower kit idea and price point. Given the reputation of American Standard and having read some reviews on their site, we felt like this was a purchase worth making. Our contractors ended up having to rip out the base after installing because it was such poor quality. The molding around the edge or lack of left water pooling on the edges and the entire base was flimsy. It wasn't going to hold the weight of my husband at 280Ibs. We kept the walls which has an unappealing seam but had to replace with a standard shower case.

Beautiful in pics. The shower pan is so cheap, looks and fells like it will not last long. I had my contractor remove it. Its going back. Very unhappy

the back wall was not true 60", its about an inch shorter, and now I have to modify my shower to make this work, definitely not worth the money.

Shower bottom was horrible and walls were not quality not worth the price

It is okay but nothing special

I had two major issues with this package. 1) The caulk supplied with the shower kit was old and un-usable. I had to purchase my own and no dark color was available. 2) The installation video for the base showed adding 4 shovel amounts of mortar and there was also no mention of amount in the manual. I had to use 3 bags and I am still not happy with the amount of support for the base. Once installed, the shower looks great and functions well.

Installed one last week .. Surprised the pan didn't have built in support underneath. No rigid foam or web of any sort. Floor support only at curb side. I built a rectangle box under pan 2 1/4" tall … 2x2 and a 1x2 was a perfect height. Theres no nail flange built into base for support or to anchor. Video says pour a bag of mortar on floor and set pan onto. Mix it wet and fill area inside ur 2 1/4 tall box. Im also surprised no groves in corners of pan curb to direct water to drain. I believe pan should have a rough non slip finish. When the wall panels go up, you would think there would be a curb or shelf for all wall panels to rest on base so you could decide for yourself to caulk bottom of walls to base or not. The wall panels have a finished edge only on one side of the end panels. Why not the top ?? Its a raw edge top and bottom of all 4 panels. Would I use it again ? prob. My customer used it for the first time today, haven't heard any bad news of water sitting on curb as of yet or running to glass doors. Also surprised no wood built into curb for backing when installing glass doors or glass sheet in my case. In my case end wall panel was 32" but it would really need to be 32" minis 3/4 because of rear wall. Kinda touchy cutting wall panels. Best of luck
