I ordered 2 identical screens that arrived quickly (before the estimated date) and well packaged. They fit perfectly; no problems whatsoever.

The product exactly fits the windows. I moved into a house which had no screens and I did not have the original product numbers. Andersen makes it easy to get the correct size with a few simple measurements.

I picked up the first screen at the Poughkeepsie, NY store took it home and it was damaged. I returned it back to the store and asked that a new screen be sent directly to my home. The store could not do that since I had to go through the process of re-ordering a new screen and paying for home delivery via the Home Depot Website which is treated like a separate company. I had to travel to the store three times because Home Depot.COM sent damaged goods to the retail store. Change you policy,

The screens are good quality but the side latches do not work with old Anderson windows prior to 1985.
