The window was nice, but it didn’t come with a screen!!! Who the heck wants a window without a screen!!! So back to Home Depot for a screen at an additional cost!! Not right, bad for business!!!

Terrible Product
Bought window for new construction project. Has been installed for less than six months, which installation was certified by a town inspector, and window has already started come apart. Do not buy.

Why would you sell a window without a screen?
Furthermore, why would you sell a window and not also sell the screen? Where am I supposed to get the screen?

Thank you for your review of Andersen Windows. Sorry for the confusion regarding the insect screen. There are two options for this window size. The first is the conventional insect screen with Andersen part number 0833303. The next is the premium TruScene insect screen which offers 50% more clarity than the conventional insect screen. No screen
Recently my contractor installed this window . Quickly to my noticing , wheres the screen ? After digging the box out of the on site dumpster i see it is sold seperately !! But also i use the code it provides to order the “insect screen “ and the code goes NOWHERE HERE ! Hmmm

Screen Not Included
I have purchased many Anderson windows but this was the first one through Home Depot. I have never purchased any window or slider that did not include a screen.

A screen is available but is considered an accessory and would be ordered separately. The unit price would not include the cost of the screen.
