Unfortunately product is disappointing. I ordered new filter holders and tops because they were leaking. New ones are better, but one of them has a slow leak still. Not impressed - I've only had this system for a bit over a year.

I think it's the best water filter. Easy to install.

Aquasana 2 stage filter is perfect for 4-6 person's home. In my opinion is it's a best filter. It filters the water very highly purified. After filtering the water TEST is awesome, and it last long about 6 months for 4 - 5 people household for drinking water. I love this Filter.

The filter works fine.

We like the ease of the water filter. We always have good tasting water ready to go.

I am mechanically inclined, however, I think some people might find it hard to install. I have it hooked up to water line to our refridgerator in our basement as line goes from under to fridge in kitchen upstairs

The filters work good. Installing is something else, one goes on good? No leaks but the front on is terrible to stop leaking. We may have to have this system taken out in 6 months

It's important to use filtered water no matter how good your city water might be. After 6-8 months of using these under the sink filters, I can see how well they performed. They are doing their job. I am a regular customer, on their convenient automatic schedule. Even the dogs get this filtered water.

These are a pain to change out. Once they’re in and the hoses are secure, they work just fine.

Easy to install new filters. Improve quality and taste of water. Removed the iron taste in my water (in conjunction with my water softener).

I’ve had the filter system for a few years and it has worked well. Our municipal water is “safe” but not a pleasant taste. The filtration system completely cleans up the taste issues. I don’t know about other health related filtration, but it’s municipal water so I’m not concerned. Water flow is a bit slow, but you get use to it and it isn’t an issue. All good.

Installed easily, works flawlessly, and due to automated delivery I never forget to change the filters.

After a competitors’ undersink water filter exploded under the sink after initial installation ( because the company failed to mention in its procedure manual to first open up the outlet valves before opening the inlet valves to allow air to escape as water pours into the filters) I switched to Aquasana. Since that time 15 years ago I have used Aquasana exclusively for all my drinking and cooking needs for my family. Each time after about 6 months, I am amazed that the old first filter is always gray colored from the impurities removed, and the second step filter is gray as well. Both filters when new are always bright white. Water tastes great and I am very happy these filters are doing a great job protecting my family and guests.

The replacement filters seem to act just like the original ones. I like it that you include a battery with the filter cartridges so we don't have to hunt for one in the hardware store.

I live at Lake Tahoe and we have the best tasting water in the country, but EPA still requires that chlorine be added. I have been using my Aquasana water filter to remove the chemicals for over 20 years and it is fantastic. It just makes my water better to know I am filtering out the additives. My favorite drink is plain water - cold or hot. Thank you Aquasana!

The filter works fine and water tastes fine too. One problem was the first filter change. The unit was put together at the factory, as the filters were originally installed prior to installation of this filter unit. The "O" rings for the filter housing were damaged upon opening the unit to install new filters the o rings were not usuable again. They were crushed and pinched out of place. I am surprised that it did not leak during the original filters use. Had to replace the o rings to be able to reinstall the new filters without leaks.

Install is fairly simple, keep the little plastic wrench, it's needed because it's on there pretty tight. Overall, these are just too expensive and I wish there were a cheaper alternative.

I have been using Aquasana under counter and shower filters for years. First, I never get the smell or taste of chlorine from my water. Secondly, I researched the reviews of filtration systems and Aquasana scored very highly. I do recommend Aquasana to my friends, particularly to those using Brita, which I consider useless.

While the appliance itself was installed by a plumber, I was able to change the filters myself. It took a few contortions to get under the sink, and initially the replacements leaked, but I finally got them in. Two things bother me: if the alarm sounds and you have to turn it off, you must remember HOW to do it. I managed to pull the entire appliance off the wall in the process. Also, you must run water through the filters before drinking, and I find I have to let it run for at least 20 minutes before the water tastes good. Seems like a lot of wasted water (unless you let it run into a bucket and take it outside to water your plants!)

This product is easy for install

While we love the filter we are having to replace the cartridges much more often than 6 months - about 3-4 months. However, we do use a lot of water in our household. The delivery time for replacement filters is running about 14-17 days. So plan ahead.

Water filter is fine. I've replaced cartridges just once so far. I want a system I don't have to think about but cleans the water. Most important to me, though, is getting help when things don't go well. I needed help with a leak and a noise and am still amazed at how easy it was to reach a person who could help. I'd give Aquasana 10 stars for that experience alone.

Easy install. 20 minutes start to finish. The result? Great tasting, thirst quenching and exactly what we were looking for. Great price too!

The concept of replacement was easy peasy! No confusing steps, simple, clear guidance. The only issue is that to remove the old filters, I needed the strength of the Hulk! These babies were so tight, I almost could not do it. It took me almost 20 minutes of torqueing to get the first one undone. The second was about 10 minutes. If there were a tool that came with the replacements to help unscrew them, that would be ideal. If you are elderly, or have weakness in your hands, or have any kind of disability with your hands and arms....call a friend to help.

After easy installing the new filter within a few minutes, I have the peace of mind with improved removal of contaminants. Even my kids tell me the water looks crystal clear in glass kettle and taste better.
