Buzz on the internet says the Hahn 3-stage system is re-badged Aquasana. With the demise of Hahn comes the dilemma of finding replacement filters. Aquasana does not recommend the application; but they DO fit. These things have become generic. Internet buzz says stay away from the similar with foreign-sounding names. That's hard to argue. The Hahn filters fit. I'll buy again in six months

After installing the 3 filters, the flow rate from the faucet was very low. After looking online I found a youtube video that explained how to raise one of the filters inside the cannister, and after adding two hose washers to the bottom and re-seating the filter, it flows great. From Google sesrching it sounds like a lot of other people have had this problem, so I hope Aquasana will fix it for the future. We are happy with the filters, especially since they remove the PFAS chemicals.

These are so easy to replace and they do filter the water and the taste is so good water

Simple, just remove the old ones, install the new ones and battery.

When it came to the time that our 3-stage filter need to be replaced, and we did not do timely our dog did not drink the water. But after we replaced the filter, out dog drinks it without hesitating. So again the product does make differences.

Easy to install system as well as change filters. Filters come with small battery for system that powers a “beep” signal when filters need to be replaced. LOVE that it helps keep so many single use plastic water bottles out of environment. I’ve installed systems in my short term vacation rental properties and encourage guests to bring their own reusable bottles…. People love the mindfulness

Water here is already good quality, so this is just a luxury

I've enjoyed the product until yesterday when I attempted to change the filters. Two went back in place with no problem. The pre-filter housing, however, will not fit back in place and I am currently unable to use the fiter. I will be calling customer support regarding this issue.

I have been using this filter system for years and it makes my water taste wonderful. Highly recommended with the caveat that the flow from the spout is rather limited.

My 1st cartridge change something broke On main body water leaking all over. Customer support took care of me. Sent new one i paid shipping. Go to install could not get water to come Out, removed reinstalled this thing for 2hrs. Finally came up with putting water in cartridge holder pushing cartridge into top It worked. Well next day flodded kitch. Taking on and off messed up supply hose Cut back all hoses reinstall no leaks All works fine till last night. No water coming out again. My previous discontinued whirpool I had for 15 years .never a problem till it wore out. So research found aquasana easier to install, easier to change cartridges. Will last forever since it dosnt work and you done turn it on

Everything was OK, I know that I request normal shipping, but this take more days than I expected

We have had good success replacing filters in the past. My latest replacements have caused a slow leak which I can not remedy. The leak appears to be coming from under the large housing on top of the unit, on the left side of the Black pre-filter. I have checked all 'O'-rings...they appear OK. I have not over-tightened any fittings. Can you supply replacement 'O'-rings?

Ummm...it took a while to make it work. I had to replace all the rings and put tons (and I mean tons) of lube around the threat area so that it would stop leaking. Cause it was leaking quite a bit. Very frustrating

We enjoyed the clean water, but when filter change time came, we were very unhappy that we invested in this product. The filters cannot be replaced because the design is poor. The filter casing all leaked upon replacement. The company sent us a new set of casings, but by that point we had disconnected the unit to be able to use the sink. If this happens every time, we will need to disconnect the whole unit while we await help from customer service and the replacement casements. Ridiculous. We will use the second set of filters up and then buy another system for water filtration.

The filters came with the house when I bought it. I’m glad we have it but wish it filtered even more, as we still have a ton of minerals that get through and make for cloudy water.

These filters have worked perfectly for us. Flow is excellent. Installation was not difficult.

The 3-stage filter does a good job, and I ma happy with it. What I don't like is the barrage of marketing emails and sales offers you send me. I can pretty well determine on my own when the filters will need to be replaced, so no more than one email every 6 months would be appreciated

Love the new pre-filter sump that was received last week. There was a small chip in the existing sump which was causing a leak under our sink/counter, and this new one made a huge difference! Not only that, but we are very happy to have filtered water to drink again! Thank you!

Great value for the price and easy installation and filter change.

It's nice not having to buy bottled water but these filters are still a bit pricy.

We are enjoying our new water filtration system, the reverse osmosis. High marks on everything. My only disappointment is with the noise it makes when the tank refills up. I think it has to do with the water pressure in our building. I plan on following up with customer services. Otherwise, we are happy, and we now are drinking more water, which of course is good for our health.

I was concerned I would mess things up and have a big mess. The filters ended up being easy to install. Instructions were excellent!

I don't buy in to rating products often - or removing a star for minor inconveniences. Though this product works great there are some frustrations on the manufacturer's website that could be solved to make this even better. The colour coding makes no sense. The product description vs the physical filter vs the colours on the actual sumps & hanging bracket aren't consistent and is frustrating. The size of the filters isn't easy to see either. There's no reason for this to be so confusing and obfuscated. A simpler design on the website and a CLEAR product description - along with some modern niceties such as "This doesn't match your previous orders, do you wish to continue?" prompting - would go a long way in making this a better overall experience. Thanks for making a product without involving the slave labour of many other overseas products of this genre.

Aquasana product is as advertised, good solid product, easy to install and filter replacement is a breeze. Works well and looks good.

The filters are great, these were my first replacements. Did have an issue with the washer seal on one, used the seal off of the old one and it worked fine. Overall, still pleased with the product

It was very convenient to order replacement filters on line. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time and I got them installed without a problem

The filter is simple and straightforward ti install.

Filter kit came with everything I needed for an easy replacement of all three filter elements. After learning the process on the first filter, the remaining two were easy. Noticable improvement in water taste immediately.

Bought new home and these filters were already installed. A few months later the beeper is going off and find out that its time to change the filters. You need to be careful replacing these to avoid damage, and crawling under the sink was a pain. Called customer service and they stayed with me the entire time and walked me thru the process and even helped fix some errors in the install. We enjoy having the filtered water available as local water is not the best. I singed up for the automatic delivery at a good savings. Now that Ive done this once the next time should be easy. Thanks for all the assistance.
