I purchased 2 Filters the 1st one really easy the second one was more challenging because of the location of previous hand held (See Picture) but I figured it out and I LOVE this product. I did not know it was out there. We have very hard water that was ruining my hair and skin. Out salt brine system quit and this was the best solution for now during these hard times and I ordered auto filter shipments. This has also save my shower and tub from that green mineral residue. We are all happy with this product!

The actual shower head was fine. However, the attached hose was stiff and unyielding, even after several uses. Installation was a snap.

I love my new Aquasana shower head filter! I love how easy it was to install, it’s lightweight and easy to handle! The cons are I got the white so the hose is very stiff so when the handheld is in the cradle to moves the water spray to the left lol, and I wish it was bigger to have more water flowing out the shower. overall I love it!

Love the idea of clean water to take a shower, But when water pressure is so poor that it takes more water to rinse the soap, I feel like the purpose is defeated. Just give us great water pressure and we won’t waste water

These are fine at first but then clog and are horrible and get thrown out. Only ones they offer so oh well.

I received the shower head which was well packaged. It was very simple to install. The shower filter head is set for water conservation. Works as advertised.

We want to give it a chance...but so far it's ok. First, the filter is large and very noticeable, not a subtle design. The shower head is pretty small and water pressure has significantly reduced compared to our previous one. The color of the shower head is NOT white. It's more of an off-white with a tan undertone. We only chose white because of the filter so it can look seemless but it's quite unattractive. As for the filter, our first few showers didn't give us any noticeable softer skin but willing to give it some time to see if our eczema reduces.

We live in Texas where the water is very hard. This shower head and filter are a lifesaver, especially in the winter when our water quickly causes dry itchy skin. Spray is good and filter is easy to change.

It is satisfying and serves the purpose of good filtered water .

I've used the shower filter in the past some knew how effective it was. When you don't have it your skin feels dry and itchy. Once I began to use it I saw the difference. The water was softer and my skin didn't feel itchy nor dry. totally worth the price.

Saw the product online and was sure it was going to be successful, so I bought two units, I believe that the removal of chlorine is essential, since buying the filter I see my skin being less dry. I'm sure my hair will also be better off. So I'm happy with the end results. Installation process was simple. Now for the bad part, I purged the system at least 5 gallons and there was a lot of charcoal. I installed the wand and could not get any pressure at all. I used it for about a week, also trying to see if there was charcoal in the the system. Could not get it to work. Finally I opened the other system took out the wand and it worked better. The flow is still reduced significantly. I am using it. I will return the the other system as my wife did not like the reduced pressure. When I take the wand off the pressure appears to be good, so I will buy a new shower head and not use the wand.

I can feel the difference, and it's better so far so good

It hasn't even been 6 months and it is BROKEN. The shower wand broke. The head separated from the base and hose. Is it that poorly put together that water and humidity would separate the gluing in the product? It's a product meant for humid environment. Poorly put together. Going to try and reach out see what they say. I'll up date. Maybe they will have satisfactory customer ice.

Finally settled into a new housing situation (after a year without my filter!) and treated myself to not just another filter cartridge, but the hand-held wand too. Loving it - perfect size, light weight and best of all - back to soft water! My body and hair send their thanks!

This was such an easy install, and living in Denver this was a necessity with our hard water downtown. Super excited about the future with this product in any environment.

I tried just about every shampoo for dandruff available, and nothing worked. Turns out I just had heavily chlorinated water that needed to be filtered. It also cleared up all of the dry skin issues I was having, which I thought was just because of dry weather, or something, but it was just bad water. After using it the past couple of months, I definitely feel confident in saying it's something I'll be using for years to come. Installation was easy, though despite being very difficult to tighten the filter part onto the water pipe, it still has a tiny dripping leak, but it was nothing a single wrap of teflon tape couldn't fix. It shipped very quickly too, and my only real disappointment is that the customs forms aren't filled out ahead of time for the courier to avoid the costly and unnecessary brokerage fees, or at least give the customer a heads up about it so that we can fill out the customs form ourselves to avoid those fees.
