Nice sleek design. Love the look. Nice and guiet. Loving the 3 temps. My old one only had cold and room temp. My only problem was the first one came and obviously was a used unit. Had water in it not completely packed and no instructions or literature for it. The replacement was well worth it. Thank you.

Just what we were looking for! Works great, the hot water is no joke! Very hot cold is cold. Run smoothly not too loud. Excellent product. We will purchase again!

This is a very high quality water cooler! Very stylish looking with the stainless steel!! The bottom portion of the cooler has stylish rounded corners. The cooler is packaged very nicely & surrounded with Styrofoam and wrapped in plastic. The instructions read very easy! There are three buttons on the top for hot, cold, and room temperature water. There is a safety lock for the hot water. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a more stylish water cooler / dispenser! A+

The Avalon 3 temperature water cooler is a great addition to any home. I set mine up in the kitchen and it was very simple to set up and surprisingly light weight. The best feature for me is the 3 temperatures ,especially the hot water dispenser as this makes baking and instant recipes a breeze. The cold water dispenser should help to cut down on the expense of individual bottled water. Its lean black and chrome design is modern enough to match any kitchen decor.

Beautifully designed water dispenser that has all the buttons on the top instead of typically on the front. The 3 operational buttons are larger and easy to depress, the stream of water is forceful so there is less wait time, The hot button has a red switch that slides over to one side then you press down as usual. It gives room temperature water which is great when your preparing a microwave meal that requires adding water (like stuffing) but you dont want to use faucet water if your on a well system like many people are. On the sides there are handles to make moving it easier -most coolers do not have this feature & there are cold & hot water shut off switches to save energy if for instance you dont want to use the hot/cold water for awhile. This water cooler looks very cutting edge with its updated style & would look good in a business setting, i put it in my vacation home kitchen and its fine, i get compliments on it.

I got the Avalon top loading water cooler to replace a 12 year old unit we were using. It has three different dispensers for hot, room temperature, and cold. According to the specs, the hot is 180 degrees and the cold is 47 degrees. I didn't use a thermometer but the hot is hot enough to make tea and instant coffee. The lower storage area is a nice feature.

Nice design, compact, how water is hot enough to brew tea. Cold water is nice and chilly. Machine is light weight enough to move with only 1 person. Water pours out quickly once valve is opened. The hot water has a good child-safety lock to prevent scalding.

I’ve only had this unit about a month but so far it’s been great. Hopefully it stays that way . The hot water feature is great for a cup of hot tea and has even been good for a cup of instant coffee . The cold feature is perfect.

Easy to set up and functions very well, much better than our water cooler

Simple latch is poorly designed so door wont stay shut. Couldn't even get to trying the item out. Also - typically awful customer support. They prominently advertise a phone number for support but when calling the number it tells you 'to ensure a good customer service experience, please email us and we'll get back to you' then promptly hangs up. No way to get through to an actual person. It says a lot about the company. So ridiculous. For this reason alone I'd advise against purchasing.

There is a supplier issue with these dispenser. Ordered the first one and it had damage all over after removing from box. Damaged occurred during assembly and packaging. Some of the damage was covered up by paper work that was taped to body of machine. Returned and ordered 2nd dispenser. It was also damaged but not as bad as the first one. Decided to keep it. I like the features and style but workmanship is highly questionable from supplier.

The bottom storage door does not stay on, had to tape the door. Poor design

Used top load for 2 decades with no problems; had a Bottom load model for 1 month when the water began smelling like mildew. Self cleaning function didn’t help, and I had to resort to bleach. 2 moths later, I got few up and returned because I didn’t trust it to provide clean water and bought the Avalon top loading unit. Great unit, no problems. The bottom load style hasn’t been perfected yet, stay away, the water pumps and reservoirs get moldy! It’s a problem with all bottom load. The top load styles are tried and true for 50+ years and just use gravity, no water pumps necessary.

We love it. It's sleek and unobtrusive. Love the push-buttons for dispensing hot, cool, and cold water. It seems well built. It's quiet and easy to use. No more guests having to ask "How does this thing work?" Beats paying the monthly rental fee from the water company.

The water dispenser is causing the water to have a horrible taste. I flushed the dispenser with a new bottle of spring water because it is still giving the water a nasty tap-water like taste. I will be returning it tomorrow.

Very nice product. It had some minor damage to one side. Seems like the packaging should be better. No visible damage to the box. A small dent. Not significant so we decided to keep it.

It works great so far. There's plenty of space for filling water bottles.

Looks spiffy and we enjoy the selection of temperatures.

The Avalon top loading water cooler works fine. The only issue we have is that the door latch on the bottom does not hold the door securely so it does not close properly. Can someone come out and hopefully fix it?

This cooler is louder than my refridgerator. Have to turn it off each time I watch TV or eat dinner. I would wake up in the night just to shut this thing off as it sometimes get way too loud. The sound is horribly annoying than the 3am freight train that comes by my house each morning. Further, the room temperature water is not really 'room' temperature. Hot water is a bit hotter than my previous water cooler dispenser. At first I thought that maybe unit sat uneven on kitch floor, than put carpet on bottom so unit does no shake/move. No luck. I am at a lost here. At this point I'm going to get store credit for this machine. Do not buy. You don't get what you pay for here at $200. Should have stuck with the $99 simple water cooler.

I really like this water cooler. I am pleased with the extra area in the bottom to store an extra bottle of water.
