The color was much more of a pale yellow, not at all beige. The surface had been sanded and primed, so I'm going to have to believe, after applying two coats, that the coloring was off. I love the ease of using Behr and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

Professional Look to Trim
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to this product a few years ago and am glad I did. I have used on a variety of trim applications with the most recent being a ceiling feature with beams and planks. The finish is very even, and the sheen is consistent throughout. You will be happy with this paint.

Best paint for cabs & trim
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this paint for the cabinets and trim in my son's house and found my new favorite! Not only is the coverage superior, the durability is far superior to any of the other top brands we've used - SW, BM, etc. As a side note, I accidentally brushed my messy bun against this wet paint and still had paint in the underside of my hair nine months later! Excellent durability! LOL

Rip off
Sheer coverage, 0 adhesion, brush strokes show completely through. Took 3 layers and then tried to mask if off to add color to the edges and it peeled right off.

Hi PParker, thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear about your poor experience with our Urethane Alkyd Enamel. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to help you achieve positive results. Typically, paint will cover in 1-2 coats, but porous surfaces and drastic color transitions. The paint should provide a self-leveling finish to help reduce brush marks and provide a smooth finish, so it's odd that this happened. When taping off a surface, we recommend removing the tape while the paint is still wet at a 45-degree angle. If the paint has dried, we recommend scoring the edge of the tape with a razor blade. If you're trying to tape over fresh paint, we recommend letting the surface dry for at least 24 hours before using low-tack tape. To fix the surface, I recommend letting the paint dry before sanding the surface to remove any loose coating. Then, make sure the surface is clean and dry before touching up the area. If needed for uniformity, recoat the surface. I understand this was unexpected, and we want to help turn this around. Great for furniture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I refinish furniture and love using this Behr enamel paint for the task. I do apply a primer first and then only need one or two coats of the enamel. Works well with a paint sprayer as well as with a roller and brush.

The product is amazing. And my master bathroom vanity looks so sophisticated. The best part was the amazing help I received from Michael in selecting the right paint. He went above and beyond standard customer service to help me get what I was looking for. I only had part of the information from a friend, so I wasn't sure what type of paint I was looking for. Michael researched it also color matched it for me! Love that you have someone like Michael working for you helping us rookie do it yourselfers.

Unfortunately the paint turned to glue in the paint pot. The brush actually got stuck to the side. When applied it went on the color of the paint and turned darker when dried. It is very difficult to apply.
