Great durability and nice color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up this product in the 2019 color of the year "Blueprint" and used it in a sunroom, its been very durable to walk on and the color was bright. I will point out that we placed furnature on it too soon (the next day's afternoon), and there were felt bottoms that sunk into the paint and discolored it alittle, but I dont blaim the paint for that, just make sure you let it cure a couple days!

The loose paint can be removed with a power washer or floor sander before cleaning with Behr All-in-One Wood Cleaner and allowing a 24-hour dry time before touching up/recoating.

Never seen paint peel like this
I applied this paint a year ago and I peeled like no paint I've ever used. Honestly, a scraper isn't necessary.... a stiff broom is sufficient.

I recommend removing the coating and cleaning the surface (etching if bare concrete), priming, and recoating. Had a FLAT finish on my porch
Behr needs to make a porch paint that has a medium luster -- something between this "low" luster (AKA NO luster) and their high gloss. I'm a fan of Behr paint, but was hoping for some luster, and not a flat finish. Disappointing after all that time, money, trips to the store through heavy traffic, and lots of effort.

Makes our front porch area "pop"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in late Spring to do our front porch floor and fence, it looked so good we got a 2nd gallon and also did the concrete pad and decorative cement block; along with the cement topper on our brick mail box - - since the paint color went perfectly with the colors of the brick in the mailbox and chimney. We will see how well it holds up after our NE Ohio winter weather.

Does NOT hold up
I had spent months (literally) refinishing the stairs in my house, filling, sanding, priming. 1 month after painting with this and following the directions to the letter, it chipped on one stair. 4 months later and I can count 8 chips, which is really obvious when you've painted with navy blue.
I let it cure more than 72 hours before even using the stairs.

Smooth to roll on

Great coverage and protection

Behr our only paint choice

Great product

Easy and wonderful results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say from the start that if you live in a humid climate this product can take up to 4 weeks to fully cure. Follow the directions to the letter and you will have a beautiful finish. I chose the low luster sealer for my final treatment. It beads up water nicely so It can be swept away . Once a year reapply sealer and you should have a long wearing surface for years to come.
