This paint covered well on scraped or bare wood, but it did not on existing paint that was in good shape. All the surfaces were primed with Kilz 2 before using the Behr Premium Plus. I had to use two coats to finish the job.

I have used hundreds of gallons of this paint on exterior applications. It is one of the best buy...
I have used hundreds of gallons of this paint on exterior applications. It is one of the best buys out there. The only other paints it compares to is SW. But not the expense. The only criticism is that it is slightly more runnier than the top dollar SW. Other than that, it will give you great results.

I have been making a lot of corn hole boards lately, 4 sets in just the past month. Each set a little different to meet the needs of the new owner. One thing I always do is use this paint for the underside painting. It is durable, and mold resistant and considering it's use, I think that is a great thing! One coat coverage and smooth satin finish.

This BEHR paint covers and holds up well. We painted an older home with poor wood siding 10 years ago with this paint. Considering the shape of the wood, this paint stood up great for 10 years. It was time to paint again and we chose to use this BEHR paint again. It is thick and covers well. It made a huge transformation in our home.

I have painted for years...professionally...I believe oil based products are the best...latex and acrylic paints paint very differently off the brush. This product performed well on a pressure treated deck I assembled. It covered well but needed a second go over to give a uniform solid look. The second coat went on well and blended well.

Making Cornhole boards for the grandkids, these are large and heavy, so I expect them to spend most their time outdoors. I needed a paint that one would cover the plywood boards and seal them and be durable for the punishment they were expected to receive from not just the game but the weather also. This paint made a very smooth surface in just two coats and appears to beery durable. Time will tell, but as of right now, very happy with the results.

Applied Falling Snow to living room wall. First apply Kilz Primer one coat each. Installed Home Depot barn wood planks 1X4X8 (stained in grey) to give rustic look. I am firm believer in installing a chair railing and then using the upper 75% of the wall as you home's canvas. This Falling Snow paint really made the wall hangings POP. Done in two day... HC Clark-ENC USN-Retired - Baltimore, Md.

This paint is perfect for those that love to paint! The same spot.... Over and over. I was using it to repaint doors the kids got to with markers, and even the light colors are visible after a single coat, and the dark ones take several coats. Very disappointed in this product and the amount of unnecessary repeat work it will create.

Although the Premium Plus Paint is a paint and primer in one, it may not block stains that are on the surface. This product should cover between 250-400 square feet per gallon, and typically it takes 1-2 coats; for drastic color changes, it may take more coats. We have used this paint many times on and around our house. Latest project was the frame for our pool controls roof. The paint was excellent as usual. It covered very well and has a very nice satin finish. Worth mentioning is that it washes well and holds up well to pressure washing.
