Customer Reviews for BEHR PRO 1 gal. i300 White Base Dead Flat Interior Paint

Used this for the hallway and entryway and it looks great. Did a base coat of White Veil and rubbed a slightly darker tint over it to give a very subtle "marbled effect". Chose semi gloss to make cleaning the fingerprints/dirt off the walls easy.

Existing paint was no longer available, wasted money & time on competitor's "flat paint". It was NOT DEAD FLAT, but BER"s is! With a good color match, I am touching up and repaint as needed, most walls and ceilings of a 3500 sq.ft house! All the same color!

Excellent for rentals. Great adhesion if surfaces prepped properly. We spray most of our work and (1) coat will work in most cases.

Used on MDF for board and batten wainscoting. Behr representative just happened to be at our store and was very helpful. Very fast drying and smooth even coat that covered well. Great value.

Very good paint for the price

The paint went on easily and covered a layer of brown paint with only 2 coats. If the first layer had been lighter, it may have only needed one. Great coverage!

It's ok paint. Thick as molasses. Ok coverage. If it wasn't for a coupon getting the third bucket for free, probably would have returned it.

Great product, I've been using it for the last couple of years. Covers well, as always. Always able to get great color matches with this product. I've never had problems with the sheen or flashing. Touches up very well. I would say it is equal if not better than Pro Mar 200. Also at a much more reasonable price.

Goes on great covers perfectly. Great product! We use tons of it as you can see along with Behr Ultra Pro!

I bought interior paint by mistake! I used this paint for oilfield stock tanks and an oilfield water tank. After talking to the very helpful Home Depot paint reps, I knew exactly what to get. I returned with a flat cart and picked up 10 gallons of interior paint by mistake. Hopefully the paint will stay on the tanks. I'm going to return the unopened 5 gallons and exchange for exterior paint. So the first layer of interior paint will serve as a primer for the exterior. I also bought the pour spout to screw on the hole in the top of the 5 gallon paint bucket. This are poring the paint very neat. I stuffe a rag in the top of the spout between pourings and the little bit of paint on the rag helped seal the pour spout. I also bought the wrench to open the screw cap with. Both of these items were HDX Home Depot brand.

Very easy to use. One coat did the job in all but a few places. We got the pouring spout, and that made it easy. Also, we ventilated, but there was very little odor. We felt safe during the process, which is still ongoing.

Excellent product use it daily on residential and commercial property.

Im writing this review because i asked my painter when he bought paint for my house to get Benjamin Moore or the equivalent. Well let me tell you this is not the equivalent. Benjamin moore eggshell is smooth, this stuff is chalky. Benjamin moore goes on in one coat. This stuff still looked streaky after three coats. And honestly theres something about it that just looks cheap. And thats what it is. Cheap paint. Paint that in my opinion they shouldnt sell anymore because its so inferior to what other good paint is out there. I mean, you dont see them selling cars that take leaded gasoline anymore, do you? No you dont, because why would anyome want such an inferior product. Well im not using that painter anymore and you can bet i wont ever buy this paint again either.

Excellent Paint, covered very well. Might not look awesome as it will dry unevenly, but give it a couple of hours and it will look great. Second coat will go on even better than the first, and will require less paint for the second coat. I was a little disappointed as one of my 5 gallon containers had some dried paint "glob"s that had to be removed as I rolled. I slight inconvenience, but to be expected with any paint. I will still purchase this paint for my next project.

Pro 600 its ones of my best paint from behrpaint. All recommended to everyone. Im a painter and use it alot

Once again..great price...ok coverage...my opinion is great for closets androoms without a lot of lighting. Otherwise it's worth the price difference for the next level Behr. In Either case..I would prime the wall or make sure it has a flat rough, no porous surface before you start.

I love this paint like I say its Just for CEILINGS. NOT FOR WALLS. IF YOU TRY TO COVER ANOTHER COLOR ON THE WALL.REALLY GOOD PRODUCT. I LOVE BEHR
