Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear your project didn't turn out as expected and that you're dealing with tire marks. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to help make sure you're happy with your project. Our Concrete & Garage 1-Part Epoxy Coating is designed to resist hot tire pickup. This means that it will resist peeling underneath of the hot tires, but it is not tire mark proof. To remove the marks, I recommend using soap and water or a concrete cleaner/degreaser to clean the surface. You can use a scrub brush or stiff bristle broom for tough spots. Once clean and dry, touch up the area if needed for uniformity. The Epoxy should dry to a satin finish. However, you can apply our Wet-Look or Low-Lustre Sealer over the surface to provide additional gloss and enhance the protection, dirt resistance, and washability of your floor. Once the floor is free of tire marks, clean, and dry, you can apply the sealer. I know this is not the performance you expected, which is why I want to help you achieve positive results. To fix the peeling spots, I recommend sanding smooth the loose areas, etching any bare concrete until it feels like 150-grit sandpaper, cleaning the surface, priming with our Concrete Bonding Primer for additional adhesion, and touch up with leftover 1-Part Epoxy.
