Hello Rick, thank you for your review. I’m so sorry the paint needed 3 coats and left roller strokes on the surface. Typically, our Ultra Scuff Defense Interior Paint will cover in about 1-2 coats, though additional coats may be needed depending on the surface and application. To get things on track, I recommend sanding smooth any texture the roller may have left, wiping off the sanding dust, then touching up and recoating with paint where needed. Hello disappointed, thank you for your review. I am so sorry the paint is peeling off so easily. I recommend removing any loose coating, cleaning the surface and allowing it to dry, then touching up or recoating with paint. Hi Adip - Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the paint dried too quickly, the finish looks blotchy, and now the paint is peeling off easily! To fix the finish, I recommend lightly sanding the loose paint off the surface, wiping the drawers down to remove the sanding dust, touching up the bare spots, then applying a fresh coat to the whole surface for uniformity. If the paint seems to dry too fast, I recommend adding up to 4 oz. of water per gallon (this will extend the dry time) before recoating. Once the finish has completely cured (this takes at least 30 days), you'll be left with an extra durable finish that will not peel. However, to fix the issue, we recommend cleaning the scuffs. If the mark remains, you may need to do touch ups. For the scratching, sand any of the affected areas, clean the surface and do touch-ups as well. To verify that your color was mixed correctly, we'd suggest checking that the physical color swatch matches the paint dab on the can's lid. If the colors match, the paint was properly mixed, and the color is correct. In cases like this, the best solution would be to recoat in a different color. If the swatch doesn’t match the dab on your can’s lid, the color was incorrectly mixed, and we'd suggest recoating with new paint tinted to the correct color.
