It didn't quite fit the toilet bowl. Otherwise, the installation was easy - once you followed directions.

Pops out of place alot

Good product. But (3) stars is because it clicks in the rear if you sit back while using and you can hear it unlocking to lift for cleaning. So its not for larger heavier individuals.

The seat is a nice seat but the hindges are another story. They are a “click in” style and it’s unfortunately a bad set up. You cannot clean it without one side popping up. The tells me that men lifting the seat probably has the same issue and no one wants to be trying to fanagle a toliet seat after others have used it. I would not recommend this toliet seat. Everyone just wants their toliet seat to stay put and this one does not!!

I love the toilet seat. Soft close is wonderful. What I don't like is there is no cover that fits the toilet set top.

Easy install very good product looks like a whole new product.

HD didn't have the Affinity model I had bought in the past. Tried this "pull n clean" model. It never rested flat on the hinge end and would stick up 1/4". My bad not knowing it was a removeable seat with pins resting on the mounts. I'd suggest staying aways from this one! Did a same day return at a different HD location and got the Affinity which is a very fast install and highly recommended !

A real pain to install, one snap off washer or bolt wasn't threaded correctly. It would start to tighten and then release tension. We solved the issue by locking washer in place with a box wrench and tightening the screw down from the top. With only a 1/4th of bolt left to set, it finally started to tighten. First seat delivered was broken in box, the 2nd had the miss threaded bolt. The design is great, but it’s execution is flawed

Pretty easy to install. The best thing is that the seat is super easy to clean. Nice mechanism to selfclose !

I LOVE the concept, both the easy clean feature & especially the quiet close. I bought this in April 2020 & about a month ago the seat started coming loose when I sat on it. Now it does it every time. Even the old $5 particle board toilet seats lasted longer than this.

Installation was more difficult than it should have been. Took two times to get it right. V

This seat very easily pushes on and off to clean. The problem is when it’s on, it’s not secure and wiggles. Returned

Love this seat makes it so much easier to clean

The lid of this toilet seat slopes down towards the floor away from the tank. It makes it look kind of cheap and when you sit on the lid it feels like you're going to slide off. We sit on it often during bath time or toothbrushing time with our young kids, so not ideal though I don't feel any give when I sit on it. The underside of the seat it self is concave like all plastic seats that I could find, but less so than others. Many plastic seats have many crevices for grime and filth to build up and this one stays a little cleaner. The "easy remove" function seemed nice in the store, but the mounting ears stay attached, so cleaning around them is still tough, and ultimately the spring loaded action makes the seat move when you sit on it, which makes it feel less stable than other seats.

This is a horrible toilet seat, the plastic nuts do not tighten, I never had such a problem with toilet seat, I would have been better off keeping my broken one. Nice idea, I paid $42 for crap Now, I cant bring it back, I don’t have the receipt. Who would think I would need to keep that. I never had a problem with a toilet seat before!!!

The feature of being able to remove seat for cleaning purposes is a terrible idea since it is spring loaded and comes apart which might cause someone to slip of the seat. In a short period of time seat has come off a number of times.

Second one that we have purchased as replacements. Soft closing. The removable seat stays attached until you want to clean the toilet rim. Easy to remove and replace.
