It cost a little less than Kohler, but the quality is the same. I thought I had to buy a matching seat because I had a Kohler toilet, but it was not necessary to get a Kohler seat.

I'm on my second one in two years. The paint they use on these seats is so cheap, it wears off if you breathe on it too hard. The seat goes matte as the paint wears off, and the thing starts to look like it's been in a gas station restroom for 30 years. The mount bolts are plastic, so if you're a larger person, they will bend and stretch so the seat moves around under you even after you tighten them back up over and over. Customer service blames you for using "harsh cleaning chemicals."

Color matched old seat perfectly. East to install. One issue with this replacement is that it is very lightweight and no way as sturdy as older older version. I think 180/200 pounds would be the maximum weight.

Product was missing the bolts. Called the number on the box and they sent out bolts within a few days. Very good customer service.

This is an awesome toilet seat. The seat has a slight curve to it, so it is very comfortable to sit on.
