This is our 3rd. B&D Toaster Oven, none ever died just outdated. This one (3 STARS) because on the controls are printed the functions and there too small and hard to see, so while its new, till I memorize button location to its function, (tough for a slow learner) it's a pain in the butt. ***

I wasn’t too sure about a convection oven and how it would work. So far I am very impressed with the cooking functions. I’ve tried frozen entries and toast; next I want to try a casserole. I wish it had come with cookbook.

Still getting used to it. This oven heats up so much faster than others I have had. What I love is that I can use a 9x13 pan in it for my baked dishes. The other ones could not accommodate that size. I use it for toasted rolls every morning and all my baking needs.

We were surprised it did not come with any kind of a broiling pan.

I love the Black and Decker 1500 W 8-sllice Convection Toaster Oven. I do get confused in the off/on button and the pre'heat button. Sometimes I think it is on, but it isn't. Then, I figure it out and get it on. I'm not sure which one to press first. I lovethe size, the color. I wish they would make an oven that doesn't get hot on the top. It would be nice to put things on top.

I bought this Convection Toaster-Oven to use outside during the hot summer months in Phoenix, AZ to bake cookies for my Cookie Monster husband to help keep the heat out of the house. I've had a smaller B&D toaster oven that I've used for 15 years so decided to try this bigger one. My 16 x 20 cookie sheets fit perfectly and the cookies come out great. The only down side that I've found so far is the 'stay on' feature doesn't seem to work properly so the second batch of cookies are not as good as the first batch. Perhaps I'm not doing the procedure properly. I've just decided to start over with each batch and that has helped. I do have to stay close by since as soon as the temperature reaches the correct degree the timer starts automatically and if I don't get the cookies in right away, I have to extend the baking time by a bit. I have also baked casseroles in it and it does a fine job and really helps with keeping the heat out of the house! (and the A/C bill down)

I bought this Toaster Oven for my wife. She absolutely loves it. It is simple to use. It has multiple features and cooking modes. The oven preheats very fast and has push button controls. Her favorite mode is the convection setting. I would definitely recommend this product. I ordered several toaster ovens from different retailers for my wife. We returned all of them. She did not like any of them until she saw and used this particular Black & Decker Toaster Oven. This is a very good product. The only issue was that it rattled a little during the preheat mode. My wife checked the bottom of the oven and found that the crumb tray was not all the way in place. She pushed the tray all the way into its proper place and the rattling stopped. Don't spend hundreds of dollars for fancy toaster ovens. This one does everything we need. Great product.

I do not care for this!! It is too hard to understand the pictures!

Pros: The item is nicely designed and sturdily constructed. The rack is large and strong enough to hold a fully loaded casserole. Timing and temperature accuracy is within acceptable limits. Preheats comparatively fast. Relatively easy to clean. Cons: Nothing in the product description would have led me to assume that temperature can only be adjusted in 25 degree increments. Convection is always on by default for several functions; for example, you cannot choose to bake without convection. The baking tray is sized too small for the surface capacity. There is no temperature indicator during preheat; you just have to listen for the beep. The screen staying on and blinking after you are done is a bit annoying. The crumb tray fits so snuggly that crumbs tend to be scraped off into the oven when you pull it out. We have own several other models of Black&Decker toaster ovens over the years. For the price, this one is only average.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son gave this to me as a Christmas gift and the only reason I still have it. The control buttons aren't the easiest to understand. After spending some time trying to set the clock I found out it doesn't have one of the most basic features. Plus to top it off a simple frozen pizza doesn't fit inside. Which means it's back to shopping for another one.

Cooks well. Sides and top do get hot- so be careful-

All the needed features, right size for on a counter, price was reasonable. Happy with my purchase. The only thing that I would change if I could are the icons on the door; they are hard to see and could be a bit darker and bigger.

Perfect size. Great temp control. Perfect toast. Could take one star off small controls on keypad. Seems very well built.

Great toaster oven so far. This is such a nice size for those who wish they had a double oven but don't. Only drawback is that a pizza pan doesn't actually fit in this oven, but a 9x13 casserole certainly does.

Excellent product, works great and is very easy to clean with the pull out tray and grill rack. We purchased this to replace our old one that we could no longer get parts for. This new Black and Decker is much better with added features! A great oven for the price too!

It's HUGE. Only had this 30 days so far. I really like it. Wish it had another rack and a baking sheet that is the size of the interior. Easily bake cookies, pizza 12", cakes, casseroles...even bread. I just bought a really expensive oven and the only thing I need it for now is a turkey.

We are enjoying the oven very much. Easy to operate and works wonderfully well.

Works well. Bought this model because it will accommodate 9 x 13 with handles with a little room to spare. Great price too.

I’m enjoying my oven, use it almost every day

Oven delivered on time and with no damage. Size OK but temperature was off by 25 degrees. I have to sit and watch whatever I am cooking to keep an eye on the thermometer I place inside. Sometimes it is cooler than the factory temp sometimes hotter and things burn. For pies I have found placing foil on the top of pie and removing it for the last part of bake stops it from burning on top.

Still exploring its possibilities but so far it's done well.
