Loved mine for a long time but now it won’t stay on more than a minute, full charge and clean filter but it’ll stay on for two minutes then shut off, trying to turn it back on it’ll only go for a moment. Sad because it was my favorite before that happened.

This cordless duster/vac did not last long at all. After a little over 12 mos. of limited (not frequent) use, it now shuts itself off automatically after about 30 seconds, for no apparent reason. Black & Decker doesn’t stand by its products - I guess the company prefers for them to end up in landfills? Black & Decker only offers a very limited 12 month warranty with many restrictions. So the company will not replace or even fix it.

This is the best handheld vacuum that I have ever owned! I am one of those people who doesn't pull out the full sized vacuum unless I'm cleaning the whole house, so this little handheld vacuum definitely comes in handy! The suction on this small, but mighty vacuum is absolutely great, almost as good as the suction of a bigger vacuum. It is very easy to use with a slide of a button. It has an extension piece that comes right out of the main suction hole and a brush accessory that is connected to the hole as well. It has a convenient charging dock that flashes a blue light on the vacuum while charging and has a solid light for when it is done charging! It does not take long to charge and it last for 20-30 minutes of use on a single charge! I've owned this vacuum for over 3.5 years and when it stopped worked, I contacted Black & Decker because I had an extended warranty that I purchased, and they sent me out a replacement immediately. This is definitely the go to vacuum for small apartment or people with kids who make small messes everyday! I will definitely recommend this product to family and friends!

This product was more than I expected it to be. I bought it for one particular purpose, clean up kitty litter from my large throw rug. It holds a good charge, charges quickly when needed & is cordless. Is this a wonderful invention or what? It is super easy to clean and comes at a reasonable cost. Even my cats like it, makes mom's job easier.

This is a great handheld vac. The best I've ever owned. Good suction, easy clean up, holds its charge long enough to get the job done properly. I'd recommend it to anyone. Great value too! Finally, Home Depot had this to me in two days from the moment of ordering. Can't ask for more from a product or company!

The Black & Decker 14.4 Li Dustbuster is a GREAT Product that is a high quality portable vacuum cleaner and has more suction power than any other Dustbuster type device I have previously owned. I was a little reluctant about it not having a wall hanging charger, but after receiving this item, I like the base mount charger base better than any other device I reviewed. The long snout reaches into hard to reach places that other type units could not reach. In addition, I love the blue LED charge light as it works extremely well for a night light in our laundry room where we keep it. Excellent Product and would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in a portable vacuum device.

Home Depot had a great price on this item, and I remember a DustBuster that I had owned years ago. With this model, however, Black & Decker has completely changed the game. With a 14.4 volt lithium ion battery and new design, this beauty has tremendous suction and is very balanced and easy to hold. Powerful, light, and long time between charges. A very intelligent upgrade of an old classic.

A very powerful but lightweight hand vacuum.

It works great has a lot of power.

The noise level is too loud. A baffle or muffler is the fix. The overall design is poor. The nozzle needs to be adjustable. It will not easily reach between my car seat to crevices. The shape is weird . Even when you put it down it rolls on the floor and the charging adapter could have been wireless. Oh last thing, for a Black and Decker the color needs changed to orange and black, not California pale blue, even Chinese red would be a plus.

This unit is powerful and works well for picking up materials. However, it has been too loud and noisy to use since day one. Have purchased high quality over the ear sound protection for any use. For just the small easy pickup, prefer to use our very old B & D Dustbuster that will only last about 90 seconds when fully charged.

Great product for keeping that vehicle clean

Easy to use. Gets the job done. Great suction. this is my 3rd one. First one lasted for about 3 yrs. Second one seemed to stop working around a year. I’m hopeful this one will last longer. I vacuum up lots of dog hair. Easy to empty.

Have had two months : so far, so good. not complicated, just right for furniture cushions, kitchen floor corners. Better than hauling out a large vacuum for small jobs.

Works well, good pick up power

I already have. one of these. This as my second. dust buster.

My wife and I both like this vacuum. It is the 3rd one of these that we have purchased in the last several years. I think the first two lasted an average of around 3 years before they started giving problems. The first one started to vibrate and it bothered my wife's hands. The second one started to make too much noise; a high pitch squeal. If you can buy one for $60 and get 3 years out of it, then $20 a year is not bad. The batteries have held up well, and we like the convenience of simply setting it on and lifting it off its charging base instead of a wall mount charger.
