I am missing a screw on the handle that goes on the basket for the Black & Decker air fryer Where can I get that screw from or two screws?

The screws on the handle keeps getting loose after each use. I use the fryer 3 to 4 times a week. Can you tell me how to solve the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg I was hesitant to make meat in the Black & Decker Purify Air Fryer but OMG I am Amazed & Shocked and Excited for my next meal!! So the first day I used it i made roasted potatoes and was amazed at how quick it was done and they were toasty just like i like them. Then tonight i decided to make pork chops but my husband only likes crispy pork chops so i made them at 350 degrees for 15min each side and they came out amazing! I am so excited to plan my next meal. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save time and eat healthier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to try and I love it you can cook every thing in this just don't cook things that have alot of grease spatter. It makes great chicken it cuts all the oil and fat out but doesn't make it dry . I love the taste of all the food I cooked in it I have been cooking in the air fryer ever since I got it . I even showed my mom and she is getting her one too my sister is getting one. I love trying this one and I will be getting a bigger one because this air fryer is only 2 litter's good for two people but my family is bigger so I need to get a bigger one but I love this brand works great.

I have not been compensated in any other way. I love the way the air fryer cooks. It is simple to use and no mess since you don’t need oil. I love extra crispy fries and this makes it easy to make. Play around with the time. First time I did,burn it. Didn’t look burned ,but tasted like it. Second time was way better and this cooks all the way through. The chicken patties was crispy outside and tender inside. I can’t stress this enough,no oil to get rid of. I just popped the basket into the dishwasher on top rack and washed it out. Now I don’t need to worry about sticky basket as time passes and oil sticks to it or the food taste staying on the basket. It can properly be washed out. Fantastic product so happy I was chosen to test this product out. Thank you Spectrum Brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] absolutly love the Black and Decker 2L Purifry Air Fryer! The Air Fryer is simple and easy to use, replaces my oven on a daily basis. We have made basic meals such as fries and chicken tenders to more hearty meals as meatloaf with baked potatoes. No matter what you are cooking this Air Fryer works perfectly. The best thing is it is also very easy to clean! Takes only a few minutes to take apart and clean ( even dish washer safe)

The screws came loose from the basket a month after I bought it. Now the basket just lays inside and isn’t raised for proper air circulation. There is no way to get the screws back in! I like the fryer and it works great, but with the basket not elevated, it doesn’t cook the same. I’d love a replacement, otherwise I’m buying a different brand.

If you like simple old fashion controls and no loud obnoxious beeping, consider this air fryer? It does an excellent job cooking and has a 2-yr warranty. Easy to clean. I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this air fryer in April and was excited to use it but after only using it a few times, now the basket part will not close. How can I resolve this issues? Can I get a replacement basket? I'd hate to have to go buy a new one.

I bought it for a Birthday gift for my daughter she was happy with it, the only thing I was hoping that the tray would of been a litte bigger.

It was great when we first bought it and maybe only used it a dozen times in two months, then it shut off part way through cooking and would not restart. Read that there is a reset if it over heats but this didn't seem to be the case. It has now spent 6 months useless in the closet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used to fry food a lot at our house. I didn't like how the whole house smelled of fried foods and plus it's not the healthiest way of cooking. Ha We tried baking fries and other foods in the oven but they just didn't taste the same! Cooking them in the air fryer the fries came out crispy and you wouldn't know they weren't deep fried. We cook a lot of things in the air fryer now. I couldn't tell you the last time we got the deep fryer out. We use a tablespoon or less of oil. We have battered boneless chicken breast strips and cooked them in the fryer. (The key was not to overlap the chicken so it would get crispy all over.) I'm glad we can still enjoy "fried" tasting food but without all the oil! I would 100% recommend trying this air fryer and just see for yourself.

The things I have cooked in it (fries, tater tots) came out perfect with shaking every few minutes to ensure an even cook. The taste is great! More potato flavor without the grease. My family--which includes three teenage boys--loves snacks like french fries and onion rings. Somehow, they never taste quite as good when they're baked, but I didn't like the idea of using a deep fryer. An air fryer was the perfect compromise, and the Black and Decker 2L Purifry Air Fryer did not disappoint! The basket holds enough for about 4 servings, and there is a handy separator to slide into place if you want to cook two types of food. We found the instructions easy to understand, although I would advise you to cook things for a minute or two less than the suggested cooking times. The cooking basket slides in and out easily, and locks into place when it's inserted properly. I find it convenient that you can take the basket out at any point during cooking to check on the contents without losing heat. There are cooking times for many favorite foods listed right on top of the appliance for easy reference. It's a nice looking unit that fits well on the counter. It offers overheating protection along with an automatic off switch so you don't have to worry about forgetting that it's on. Overall, I think the Black and Decker Purifry Air Fryer is an excellent addition to any kitchen, and I highly recommend it!
