Excellent performance & very reasonably priced. Eliminates conversion of blower to vacuum & back again. Actually Black & Decker is better vacuum.

I found this trimmer to be light weight compared to another popular brand. Also cut very well, fast. Rotating handle is easier on the wrists. Just a little noisy.

Timely delivery. Rotating handle works great. Makes the job easier. As expected the 24 inch trimmer is a little heavy, but what can a 78 year old 5’3” women expect! Wouldn’t mind having a shorter blade for that reason. .

Versatile, light weight and easy to use, and the extra length is a great advantage.

Bought it for Christmas 2020 used it once per season so two successful uses then this year three go to use it halfway through just gives up. Still looks new out of the box, apparently doesn't matter how good it looks cause now after two and a half uses garbage. B&D owns Craftsmen as well so I'm sure the quality will be going down on those products as well. I'm mad at the price of the product of little use, now went to Milwaukee tools as I've never been let down by their quality. Good luck to anyone who does purchase this item IT WILL LET YOU DOWN.

I really enjoy using this

There are the same two problems that was present in the last one we bought. Handle doesn’t tighten completely and the hook for the cord needs to be tighter to keep the cord attached. Other than that, hope it lasts 15 yrs like the last one

Very good had no problem for one year. After one year it locked up and died. Very good for the short term

My previous B&D (looks to be the same model) lasted 12 years, so about $11 per year. I use it hard, too. The motor finally smoked this morning. Going to HD for another.
