Home Depot and BWE let me down. I ordered the "BWE Waterfall Single Hole Single-Handle Low-Arc Bathroom Faucet Water-Saving Vanity With Drain Kit In Brushed Gold" on 7/15/2024. When I tried to install it on 7/27/2024, I realized that the package was missing part #4 "sponge gasket.". I contacted Home Depot. The representative apologized for the missing part and issued a partial refund for the inconvenience. As far as the missing part, she said that the faucet company was not opened (Saturday) but that she would e-mail to send the missing part. It is now 8/14/2024 and I still do not have the gasket needed to install the drain. Home Depot and BWE, what are you going to do to resolve this?

finish did not hold up well

See the attached photos. Yes, we have a softener installed in our home. The surface just fell apart. It's maybe only 2 years old. And the open waterfall design just accentuates the problem. Last night I ripped it out and installed a replacement faucet. It doesn't appear that the warranty will cover anything at this point, and I cannot find my Home Depot receipt, so I think I'm screwed. Not recommended.

Looks good but requires sink with no over-flow hole

Very nice looking waterfall faucet with a smooth action for the faucet handle. The black finish looks good but not sure how it will wear during time used. The single handle will make it easy to get warm water quickly without having to use two handles. My only issue with this is the included pop-up drain assembly, which requires a sink with an over-flow hole. My sink does not have an over-flow so I would require the optional drain pipe that has no holes on the side.

Awesome faucet

What a cool faucet. We are remodeling our guest bathroom and this faucet will go perfectly with the new color scheme. It’s a 1 hole or 3 hole setup with a metal drain spout and all the hardware needed to install it. It has a very nice matte black finish that I believe will hold up to years of use. It has a hot and cold water indicator under the handle and stainless steel braided lines for connecting to you water lines. We are very happy to have this nice faucet.

This is a BWE brand faucet made in China, but neither the box or instructions give brand information or contact information, The faucet is made in China, came in a well packaged box, and had illustrated instructions that were adequate. A wonderful faucet that is solidly constructed. It came with clear instructions and even came vinyl tape for the hose connections. It also came with a matching pop-up stopper drain. It was not difficult to install. The brushed nickel finish is stylish and appears durable. This faucet has a deck plate for sinks with three holes. Installed in Double Vanity, Looks great!

Great looking!!

We liked the look of the=is faucet so we ordered it, it arrived in four days well packed and in new condition. the first thing i noticed was how nice looking it is. the matte brass finish is first rate and it looks to be very well made. the install is basic and hardware and i nice nut key(tool) is included, the matching drain is included as well. we really like this faucet.

Looks Nice

I ordered 2 of these for the master bath and 1 for the hall bath. 1 broke already in the master bath and I need to replace it after 2 months. The others still work fine that is why I gave it the stars that I did and it looks nice. The water flow is powerful but you can control it by not pulling the lever all the way up.

No water build up and perfect fit for small areas!

This is my second waterfall spout that I have installed in my home. I love this one and will replace my first installed with this one and here is why! 1. We have hard water and get the white spots everywhere! My first one had a spout that came straight out and allows water to get trapped and sit on the spout. After 1 month of use we had hard water build up that required a lot of scrubbing and it tarnished the spout. This one has a curved spout that allows all the water to fall off and not sit to create those water spots and build up. 2. I installed this spout on a my bathroom sink.This faucet has a shorter spout and fits perfectly in my sink with plenty of room for washing. The other waterfall spout was much longer and somewhat obtrusive. This is a perfect addition to our recently remodeled bathroom!

I bought this faucet April 4th received it April 9th when i opened the faucet to install the base...

I bought this faucet April 4th received it April 9th when i opened the faucet to install the base plate that covers the 3 holes was missing. I also bought a new bath vanity and water has went down the holes and made my bottom drawer warp. I’ve reached out to Home Depot 4-5 times and have emailed the vendor 5 different times and still no response. I’m very disattisfied with this company I wish I would’ve went through a different company.

This faucet is both beautiful and functional. The pop-up drain works perfectly. A pro tip that I would give somebody using this product is to make sure that the pre-installed hoses are fully tightened. (After installing the faucet completely,we realized that it was leaking from the hose where it was pre-assembled) to avoid this, fully tighten the hoses at the faucet neck and use the two wrench method to hold the hose in place while tightening at the water valve. After we got past this hiccup we were able to fully enjoy our new faucet.

Quality issue

Installation was not the issue. Kept getting water droplet from the drop pipe under the sink. Checked my connections & kept tightening. After some time it appeared to me that the drip running down pipe was originating where the threads & smooth pipe joint together. Disconnected & re-installed but still same issue. Also, once I turned water back on to test the unit, I encountered splashing & could only correct by reducing the water pressure with the shut off valves. Suggest doing more homework before ordering. I've returned unit for refund.
