Not everything you need if you don't have overflow
Overall a very nice faucet. The directions that come with it aren't great, but the video on HD's site helps. Good to know, but not listed in the specs, is that the pop up drain kit that comes with it is only for sinks with overflows. If you don't have an overflow, you have to buy a separate drain kit even though the directions in box show both with and without overflows. I've never installed a faucet before and was able to manage this one.

Really nice product, well made, heavy duty and looks nice!
I have had to reach out to CS a couple times because i had an issue with my drain and they sent me a replacement, then i had an issue with hard water stains i couldn't get off and they sent another replacement. I am really grateful for this company, it's hard to find good people like this in todays world. I'll use BWE in the future for any faucet needs!

Had to replace one faucet after 1 month! The black...
Had to replace one faucet after 1 month! The black powder coating peels off. Replaced it and now another of the 4 I bought is also peeling. DO NOT purchase this product it is absolute garbage. Shame on Home Depot for even carrying such lousy products.

Don’t buy
Whoever came up with this design should not design anything else. The water splashes all over the place no matter how much you adjust the flow. It also looks very large and clunky. We wasted our money because we are going to replace this brand new faucet

Loved it! The color stands out in my dark brown...
Loved it! The color stands out in my dark brown vanity. It comes with all you need to install it and it's a pleasure to wash your hands using the waterfall faucet. If there is a minus it is the height but all in all it is a thing of beauty.
