For the life of me I can’t understand how this mattress is considered a “medium” mattress. The delivery people came and put it on our bed frame and I sat down and immediately knew it wasn’t going to work. It’s so hard and uncomfortable. My 7 year old sat on it and asked why it was so hard. I tried to refuse delivery but since they took it out of the bag they couldn’t take it back right away. I had to contact Home Depot and they had someone come get it a week later. I tried to sleep on the bed for two nights but tossed and turned all night. Even my husband, who will sleep on the ground, said that the mattress was very hard. We willingly slept on an air mattress over this. We got a tuft and needle mattress instead and are so happy now. I think this mattress needs to appropriately be labeled as firm so people don’t waste their time buying it unless that’s what they want.

The most amazing bed one can buy! I lay down and five minutes later, I am fast asleep!

The mattress started sinking within 2 weeks. HD provided an excellent customer service like always but this mattress is not a good quality.

We've had this mattress for a little over a week. By buying a plush pillow top mattress, I had hoped this mattress wouldn't provide the crater like indent like memory foam mattresses do. Still trying to get used to that and am unsure if it will be returned at this time.

Taking way to long not sure all the comfort anything but there’s no tracking and it supposed to be here in three days I paid for it over a month ago

It's truly extra-firm and has been amazing! It is also very deep so consider a low profile box-spring too. Highly recommend if you have back issues.

This mattress is a great balance between firm and plush. I'm no longer waking up in a sweat or at all through the night. I highly recommend.

Ive had it for about a week now. And this is by far the best mattress ive slept in. I slept like a baby so far. For a medium i would say its a bit firmer but im totally fine with that. The firmer the better paying for a medium and feeling like a firm im okay with. Totally would recommend

Nice bed - sleeps well

The mattress came in excellent shape and came when expected. The only problem I had was that the mattress that I tested in a store was softer and comfortable. The mattress that arrived, which was the correct one, was hard as a brick. I returned the mattress and Home Depot accepted the return easily and without any issues.

Overall good quality mattress, but way too firm to be called medium. Much more firm than our Firm Beautyrest Silver and not what we expected.

I am 5' 10" 230. Side (mostly) and side/bellyish sleeper. (My gf is 5' 6" 120. Side mostly and occasionally back and she sleeps better then before.) We have a King size. The bed starts great, though by the end of the night its sunken down considerably while laying on my side. Laying on the back is where it would probably shine. It's been a month and I have zero complaints about sleep. I have complaints on craftsmanship. On the pillow top the sewing is subpar on the pillowtop, lots of unfinished or loose threads throughout the pillowtop. The pillowtop also creates a dislodged bloated hump look in the middle. Which the middle also feels "less broken in" then the parts with more time on it, which all things are worrisome considering this is one month of use. Overall at first I some times felt I wanted more from the bed trying to find pain or any other revolving issues but ultimately this bed was a pretty close to perfect accept QC for beautyrest missed some obvious craftsmanship issues.

Home Depot delivered the mattresses in a very timely fashion. I ordered extra firm mattresses and they are extra firm. We are very pleased with them and particularly for ordering online. Very satisfied with the mattresses and Home Depot.

Home Depot and their delivery system was fantastic. This bed should be listed as firm. Even with a "pillow top" it is far more firm and uncomfortable than the $300 mattress I was replacing. Thankfully I was able to return it and get a full refund to buy a much more comfortable mattress.
