Bioadvance lawn treatment!
Great for southern lawns and only needs to be applied once every six months. Just follow the instructions on the bag.

I use this product every six months per their directions....
I use this product every six months per their directions. The pre-emergent works great. I could not get it during the Covid supply disruptions and missed a fall application. The weeds came in during the winter. Last fall I applied it and no weeds this spring!

This product did absolutely nothing.
Bought a bag and followed the instructions exactly. This product did absolutely nothing. Save your money and don’t buy.

Works as intended, killed about 95% of my weeds and has kept new ones from forming since application 3 weeks ago and my grass is so green.

If I could give zero stars that’s what I would give. It was wet and clumped up and would not go through my spreader. Not worth the $52 I paid for it. One unhappy customer

BioAdvance is the best Weed and Feed
This is the best weed and feed product on the market. Forget about Scott's or any of the other brands. This one is all that you will need.

Week two, weeds are growing and thriving. Called customer service and said to wait three weeks. I've always used Scotts and you can see results in 24 hours. It's a joke that nothing has happened in two weeks and that the weeds are doing better than grass

When using the BioAdvanced 3 In 1 Weed & Feed it will take several weeks to start seeing results to weeds such as wilting and discoloration. BioAdvanced 3 In 1 Weed & Feed uses a combination of the active ingredients that work by upsetting the metabolism of the Broadleaf and Grassy Weeds by interfering with their growth. At first, it will look like the weeds are growing and getting greener, then they will start to wilt, and finally they will discolor and die.
