Great for lots of plants. Looks great

I purchased two planters. The material seemed very thin and cheap, but the size was right. There are circles on the bottom of the planter that can be punched out for drainage. When I tried to punch out a hole on the first planter, it cracked. I tried using a drill on the second planter. It also cracked. I have punched out/drilled holes in many plastic and composite planters, but I have never had one crack. When The Home Depot begins taking returns again, these are going back.

The pots are great

I bought this color because it was available. It actually looks nice even on a white porch. Color aside, all of these Bloem planters and pots are fantastic. I just keep buying more. The one thing to remember is that if it will get rained on, you must poke out the holes or your plants will drown!

I purchase the Bloem brand every time I need a planter box. They are sturdy, stylish, have great colors & are reasonable in price.

For the price, these planters are a nice size & have a good appearance. However, I ordered some last year that seem to be thicker than the ones I received this year. The plastic on the newer ones seems to be more brittle. I ordered several & 2 arrived broken. Another one cracked while punching a hole out. We ended up drilling the remaining ones with no problems. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that I was so impressed with Home Depot's customer service. I called the customer service 800# to report the 2 broken upon arrival. The rep quickly refunded my money for those 2.

The planter is lightweight and seems sturdy. There are drainage holes at the bottom, but it isn't easy to punch it through to make the hole. The edges of the drainage holes through be perforated. I ended up splitting open one of the planters from the bottom because I pushed too hard on it.

cheaply made

It was just the perfect size planter for the gardening project I had in mind. It fit my front porch perfectly & my flowers are blooming already , it’s a mixture of tiger lilies & toad lillies .

Love these planters! Fit perfectly into custom frames we built. Good quality plastic. The rounded lip at top helps support the planter in the frame. Looked all over for these planters and found them at HomeDepot.com. Yeah!

This is a very nice color. It blends with most decks. Well made and a perfect size for supporting healthy plantings. Deep enough and wide enough, unlike most planters of this type you can find on the market.

Good looking and pretty sturdy. My only concern was removing the holes in the bottom for drainage. I pushed too hard on one and it cracked the bottom - all across. Using some strong tape I was able to repair it. So as long as you are careful in pushing out the plastic over the holes, you should be good.

I was very disappointed when these four of planters were delivered. They were not white and were not opaque. They were a slightly peachy cream color, pearlescent and somewhat translucent. I could see the shadow of my hand inside from the outside. Potted plants inside made dark shadows as well. Not very attractive on top of my patio wall. I am returning all four. I ordered the same planter again in a peppercorn color (dark gray/brown). Since then I found them on sale at another store in a terra cotta color for $15 less per planter and bought four. Same brand. I will return the peppercorn ones once I receive them. If the original planters delivered had been opaque white, pale gray or beige I would have kept them and been satisfied.

It’s a very nice planter and fits the space perfectly. However I wish it came with holes drilled.

Sturdy

I've purchased these in the past and have a nice little herb garden on my patio. They fit the tiered iron plant stands I have perfectly! The die-cut holes in the bottom are easy to punch out for drainage and you can open all of them or just a few. Well made and a great value!

I am very disappointed with this pot. The plastic on the bottom is so thin that when we punched out the holes so that the plants could drain it cracked the bottom big time. Cheap plastic and I really wanted something nice made in the U.S.A.
