[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't believe how clean the dishes came out, even without any rinsing. I followed the recommendation and used the rinse aid and I think that helped. I removed the silverware basket from the bottom rack and instead am using the top rack for silverware in the slots (see photo). Then the bottom rack has a lot more room for dishes.

Just running the initial time the dishwasher is louder than my old Whirlpool unit. Very disappointed as my last Bosch was super quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We researched many different brands but decided on Bosch after multiple recommendations from friends and others who had bought Bosch. We are a family of 6 with small kids and needed functional space, a 3rd row, and most importantly, a reliable dishwasher. The dishwasher is a great value for a Bosch and we have enjoyed using it so far. Pros: It is very quiet and easy to use. The 3rd row is not at large as other models but it functions well for water bottle lids, straws, large utensils, and knives. It's been very helpful for our uses. Overall, the layout works well and I love being able to adjust the middle rack to accommodate larger dishes in the bottom or middle racks. Cons: The utensil basket is pretty small (likely due to having the 3rd row) but it's worked well. The bottom rack layout works fine but seems geared towards thin dishes. This has been a great investment and we've been very pleased with it so far.

Very disappointed about this product All the raving about it made me excited but when i hot and used it i was in shock! The dishes come out wet everytime! I have to towel dry it!

It runs really smoothly and we love the clean look it gives to our kitchen. Simple wash cycles, low operating sound and all the cleaned dishes come out spotless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace an old Frigidaire dishwasher and wow what a difference. Can run the machine while others are in the room and never even notice. If you're looking for a quiet machine this is the one for you. Only compliant I have is the bottom rack has some larger gaps in the basket that is taking some time to adjust to. 10/10 would buy again.

The reviews were overwhelmingly positive when it came to the cleanliness of the dishes and the quality of the product itself. One of the qualities that sealed the deal for me was the 3rd shelf option- on the top for spatulas etc. It was hands down an easy choice. It's very spacious and the racks have some versatility. My dishes are not streaked and one of the best things about it is- The quietness of the cycle. I literally have to go and listen purposefully to see if it's still running or to check to see if I started it. Would highly recommend this product.

My favorite feature is the absence of a heating element. It allows you to place plastic on top or bottom racks. The adjustable height on the upper rack allows for washing larger items, and the top sliding rack for utensils is an excellent feature. I can't say enough how much I love this dishwasher.

The most apparent shortfall is the lack of rigidity of the door panel. It is flimsy and questions the quality of the entire dishwasher. I hope the attached video shows what I mean.

I was really excited for our new Bosch range and refrigerator, but frankly didn't care much about the dishwasher, thinking they're all pretty much the same. No so! This one is configured so well, with various stacking options and so much more functionality than my old dishwasher. I love the top rack for silverware and odd shape objects. And I have no issues with fingerprints on this. But the BEST thing is how quiet it is! Our kitchen is open to our living room, and I can run it without hearing anything just a few feet away. And, it does a great job of cleaning, even with our hard water. I love my new dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new dishwasher.

It took forever to get to us, so there was hand washing dishes for 3 to 4 weeks, which wasn't pleasant, but since it's been here, it's been great!

I did a bunch of on-line research and comparisons and concluded this was my best match for what I needed. Then I searched and found it on sale at Home Depot. I paid them to install, it took a week to deliver, then 2 guys a little over an hour to install and haul away the old one. I began using it and it has exceeded all my expectations. I never give 5 star reviews.., but this truly gets a 5 star review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new Bosch dishwasher. I noticed it's smaller than the previous brand I had. It has been a bit of an adjustment. I like the top drawer for flatware and I find it very convenient to pull it out to add a fork or spoon, rather than putting them on the lower drawer necessitating opening the door all way.
