This was purchased for use in a out building shop / garage with a restroom. The 7 gallon size is great for using the sink and any hot water needed while in the shop and was even great when we had to shut of the water in the house for a day while doing some plumbing. I did not want a 220v water heater in an all electric house, and yet did not want a small unit that was just enough for handwashing. This unit works perfect for this situation. Also having the safety valve and anode rod, like a large unit is awesome, especially when on well water. It is installed just like a large unit, with a small "point of use" expansion valve.

Purchased similar item on the past and was very satisfied with it so I bought another. Was sent a used item. HD nonotorious for sending used and returned items.

I bought this water heater for my camper. Very easy to install and plenty of hot water now to shower. Great investment

Easy install and works perfect for my application

Easy to install. The only drawback I can see water is that there is no drain. You have to disconnect the pipes and siphon the water to change the anode rod or heater.

Great product use it in my workshop.

Following instructions and installation, the unit leaked from within the unit itself. I had to purchase another unit entirely and have not heard back on how to get a refund on the leaking unit.

Nice, small heater. Does the job to preheat water for the sink. My only suggestion it will be for the manufacturer to install a drain valve.

Great point of use water heater. Used a plumber to install due to need for hardwiring requirement. The 7 gallon capacity more than meets my requirements. I use on the highest setting and it is hotter than I can handle putting my hands in. I highly recommend it

Compact size is good. Easy to hook up. Doesn't get water above 110 degrees (advertised as capable of temps over 140 degrees). We bought it to boost temps for a commercial dishwasher. Called Bosch. They are sending us a part. Hoping it can solve the problem.

WORKS GREAT AND SEEMS TO CONSERVE ENERGY. VERY HAPPY

The unit has to be hard wired. It does not come with an electrical cord. As long as you understand that going in then it is great. I’ve only had it installed and running for a few weeks so no comment on durability.

It did not work, Bosch had to send me a new thermostat to install

This little water heater works great!

Great hot water heater for our park model camper. Replaced a gas one. Gives us plenty of hot water for a family of four. Easy install for someone who’s not a plumber as well.

THE PLUMBER JUST OPENED UP THE BOX THIS MORNING AND THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE!, VALVE OFF CENTERED AND FOAM BLOCKING ACCESS . RETURNING IT TOMORROW, WILL TRY ONE MORE TIME!
