Love this coffee maker. Always used a cuisinart on demand but have found a new brand that I love!

A little hard to gauge water level, but works. Hoping for longevity.

The machine makes good coffee. Not happy with the carafe, lots of spillage, especially when pouring water into the coffeemaker. A better designed spout would be appreciated.

The LED is too close a color match to the same window. Very hard to read the time, etc.. Braun admits they have that problem and lots of complaints.

I finally communicated with the De'Longhi Support Group about my coffee maker's issue. A like replacement machine was sent to me. They backed up their product. Customer service was good.

Makes great coffee and seems to be a sturdy coffee maker. Easy to keep clean and to get rid of moisture ones you made your coffee.

Love this Braun coffee maker. It works great and brews delicious coffee quick. Only problem hs been settting the shut off timer programming. We've set the coffee maker to stay on for 4 hours but it's only staying on for 2.

Great coffee maker. I love the brew strength feature as well as the ability to control the plate warmer settings. I also love that it is programmable, so my coffee is already brewed when I wake up in the morning. It also looks great along with my other stainless steel appliances. Very happy with my purchase.

Arrived quickly, easy to use, great coffee

Bought it from Home Depot, Jan. 2019. Now, Sept. 2021, the coffee maker doesn't work!!! Have taken care of the machine, and brewed coffee almost everyday since I got it. It threw an E01 code. I tried to contact the company...no reply.

I have been very happy with this coffee maker. It is very easy to use and clean. It makes great coffee that is a perfect temperature - hot! I also love the way it looks.

Coffee maker is well designed and kettle is easy to pour. Takes about five minutes for coffee to percolate. Temperature is spot on.

For the price, not the quality I was expecting...

Excellent coffee maker, this brand is a great quality and it brews the coffee just the way it should be. The price is worthy for what you get. Very Happy with my purchase!!!

It has become a great coffeemaker. When we first used it, it made so much noise-clicking and spurting after it brewed and for as long as it was warming. We were going to return it, but waited and the noises did subside after about 2 weeks. It does drip occasionally when pouring. We think it collects moisture as it warms throughout the morning and then drips when you pour, but it is not often enough that we would return it. Otherwise, it brews good coffee and has a great look on the counter.

Totally pleased with both the coffee maker and the service I received.

Mainly wanted this due to a longer cord- unit works fine - digital clock hard to read

Replaced a Krups model that I had loved for 20 years- it makes even better coffee!! It does make some gurgling sounds when brewing, but I don't mind that.
