Exceeded my expectations. Makes a perdect cappuccino, latte, or expresso every time. Why spend an average of $3.65 for a grande in a coffee shop, when you can stay at home and make one for about $.50? If you drink one a day, that's a savings of about $365.00 a year, enough to buy a pretty nice machine, coffee, and milk for yourself!

Exceeds all expectations. I have had my espresso machine for 3 weeks now. So simple to use! I now can make my own starbucks lattes - tastes exactly the same! Only regret that i wasted time with fancy Koenig coffee maker and way too much money on the single coffee pods. Love my espresso machine! Highly recommend!

easy to set and and use

I love this Brentwood machine. I was given a Keurig coffee machine last year for my birthday, hate it. Only use it for making hot tea. My Brentwood is wonderful and doesn't take up a lot of room on counter. Can't add a photo as I am almost 83, and I wouldn't know how to do it.

great espresso

For the price this cappuccino/espressso maker is excellent! It took a little practice to use the milk steamer, and you have to remember to dump out the extra water afterwards, but I had no problems with it heating right up. We bought Starbucks whole bean espresso coffee and then use a separate grinder right before we make the espresso. Delicious!

I brought the expresso as a birthday gift for my husband. He loves it, he makes a cup every morning sometimes twice a day. I'm very happy with my purchase and the delivery time. THANK YOU

The machine was a gift but as far as I know, the recipient is liking it.

Like it the only thing wrong it doesn't shut off automatically.

Broke down on the second, yes, the second day!! There has to be a zero star rating options for rubbish like this

Nice inexpensive cappuccino maker. Easy to use and clean.

Amazed!

This machine heats water for espresso first and then in a separate step heats water for steaming milk (for cappuccino). The result is that it takes way too long to make cappuccino, which is my favorite brew. It is fine if you just make espresso.

Good coffee

Last month I replaced my failing Italian Espresso Machine with this simple Brentwood Espresso and Cappuccino Maker. I chose this machine because it is simple, easy to operate and exactly right for my purpose of brewing one or two cups of Espresso at the time. I ordered it on line and picked it up the next day at my Home Depot Store.

Great product....makes lovely espresso and cappuccino. I have only had this machine for about 2 weeks and have used it a few times and a piece has broken off the machine. I was very upset this happened. Great product but made cheaply.
