Arrived right on time. Easy to use out of the box, perfect for 1 or 2 people. Makes great coffee. I love Brentwood products, you get no surprises. Would definitely order again.

I did not realize it was only a 4 cup. It does work well and keeps coffee hot.

Great coffee! Using a paper filter. Unit is quiet and good looking...

Wish it turned off automatically.

First time the coffee spewed all over the carafe. Fortunately I still had the Proctor Silex carafe so used it next time but only 2 cups went into carafe but not totally out of the down spout.. The other 2 cups were still sitting in the filter basket which I had 2 lift 2 drain those 2 cups. So it's getting returned & getting a different brand, probably another Proctor Silex.
