I was drawn to this puck light as an easy solution to a dark clothes closet (no wiring needed). The battery operated light was easy to set up and light enough that I used the adhesive patch (included) to attach it inside the closet. The puck is brighter than I expected, which is great, but it can be dimmed, if desired. The remote for the light is a terrific bonus, allowing you to not only turn the light on and off, but to adjust the brightness, and even put it on a timer. Since I am currently using these in my closets, the light is not kept on for an extended period of time, so I have not had the issues some other reviewers brought up, such as batteries draining quickly, and lights turning on/off on their own. Overall, I am very pleased with these lights, and will be purchasing additional pucks to use in our kitchen.

55 Lumens and the light color is on the warmer side. Each puck comes with mounting screws and 3m double sided tape. They take 3 AA batteries each (not included) and all you do is press the lens to turn it on / off. We placed two of these under our cabinets and they provide a ton of light. I placed the third in my tool cabinet under the top shelf and it lights up everything! These are great little portable lights that can be placed anywhere and we love them. Bonus, these puck lights are dimmable if you purchase the optional remote control! The remote also has a timer with three settings. No programming required, it just works if you get closer to each puck.

Pro's - Timer Settings - Dimmable 50% and 100% Also Dimmable in increments from low to high - warm light not too bright LOL - Remote Control Here is where the con comes in. Con - I love that it has a remote control, however if you install the light(s) in a cabinet looking, you must be within line of site of remote to light. So you have to go about 3ft to base of cabinet and turn on or off each light. Unless of course you use the timer. Otherwise lovely product.

This little under counter lights are pretty cute, pretty east to install, twist off the back, use the round double sided stick on tape (I do not recommend as every time I have tried after a little time they fall off) so I use the two screws provided and screw to counter bottom. Just need to make sure the signal figure faces the front, space out as you want, like put in one screw in each to try the placement and move as you want before final location. You can use the remote or press the lens on each unit to turn on and off.. Only thing I don't care for is the batteries are not rechargeable, but you can replace them at the current cost of the set is 18 batteries and say will last 100 hours so I ordered rechargeable batteries so I can replace with them when they burn out and use over and over

Six LED lights, a remote, and all batteries included for roughly the same cost of six LED bulbs alone. Now that's value! Add to this that these LED puck lights are versatile, easy to install, and provide great light. I'm losing my mind with all the places I can install these great pucks. Since they can be turned on manually as well as with the cute little remote, I decided to split the pack. I used three in cabinets that are so dark I can never find what I'm looking for without using a flashlight. Now I can just reach in and tap on the light. I left it on to see if the light would dim after 15 minutes (as I had read in another review of puck lights.) It was going strong, and after 45 minutes I got tired of watching, but it was still strong. I tried the remote to dim to 50% power. It worked. Then I tried the timer feature and the on/off. All worked great. So I've decided to use the three remaining up on some floating shelves I'm installing. They'll be too high to tap on and off, so the remote is just what this job will need. I'm also glad that I can add additional pucks (up to 10) per remote. I did tape a Velcro sticker to the remote and the cabinet so I wouldn't misplace the remote, it's smaller than a credit card! I'm really pleased with these lights and I'm off to get a few more.

These lights are well worth the cost to purchase them! These lights will solve any poor lighting conditions that you have to live with or work through. You can install them by screwing the back plate into the surface behind the light (with the screws included in the package), or by using the double-sided sticker (also included) and sticking them to the surface behind the light. Either way is very easy and very secure. As if the lights themselves weren't great enough, the included remote is FANTASTIC! It turns them on/off, adjusts the brightness, has preset brightness options of 50% or 100%, and has a timer function which turns the lights off after 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes! Now the real kicker is that the remote works around corners. For example, I point the remote towards the closet door, hit the on button, and all the lights come on, even the lights that are 180 degrees from where the remote is pointing. Amazing stuff. The lights can also be turned on/off by tapping the lens. This product is made in China.

These lights are very bright for their size. They work with and without the remote. To use them without the remote you just press on the front. the remote controls on/off, brightness up or down, 50% brightness with the push of a button and a timer for the lights. The remote does have to be pointed directly at the light for it to work, but the range seems to be fine for the house.

I was not planning on using battery-powered puck lights for under-cabinet kitchen lighting but when I had the opportunity to try those remote-controlled LED puck lights I thought I'd give it a shot. Of course those can be used in various applications such as pantry, closets, attics, etc but I wanted to put those to the test in an application that most of us are interested in. I've installed hardwired 120V under-cabinet lights in the past and I know it's painful. Took me several hours as I had to run wires inside the wall, install switches on countertop outlets, splice wires, etc. and depending on your kitchen layout you may end up with separate circuits if you can't run the wires all around... But at our current house we already have backsplash tiles so I've been hesitant to start interfering with that to add switches on the 120V outlets etc, so battery-powered lights became an option. Performance: This 6-pack puck light kit is well designed in my opinion. You can use each puck light as an On/Off puck lights by tapping at the lens, or you can use the provided remote control. The light output is 55 lumens per puck light which is not as bright as the previous hardwired lights I had but is definitely enough for under-cabinet accent lighting or even task lighting. If you're using those for a different application keep in mind that you need approx 10 of those to get the equivalent output of a standard 60W incandescent bulb. The color temperature is 3000K which is great in my opinion as it's not warm white and of course not cool white, so it feels natural. The beam angle is wide enough to say those are not spot lights. The lights are super easy to install with the provided double sided tape or screws. The only key requirement is to make sure the wireless sign on the lights is pointed towards where the remote control signal will be coming from. Those are not exactly low profile as they are 1.25" thick so they're right at the limit when it comes to under-cabinet kitchen lighting. I would've preferred a 1" or less thickness so that they're less obtrusive. Each light uses 3 AA batteries (provided) and the remote control uses a round flat 2032 battery (provided). The batteries should last 100 hours according to the manufacturer so I'm hoping that's at the 100% setting. I don't plan on running those lights for long duration as they will be used as accent lights occasionally and task lights when our kitchen lights don't provide enough light at the countertops. Features: The remote control includes On/Off buttons and provides other nice features such: dimming (presets are 50% & 100%, or you can use the +/- buttons to select the custom light level) and timer for auto-off function (15min, 30min, 1hr, 2hr). The remote control uses infrared (IR) so it needs to be pointed towards the lights to operate them, so if you have the lights in different areas you need to control the ones in one area first and then move on to the others. Notes: 1. Thickness is 1.25" so they may be an eye sore depending on your applicaiton. 2. Remote control uses Infrared (IR) signal so you need to point in the direction of the lights to operate. This could be an advantage or disadvantage depending on your application. At first I was disappointed but then I thought this allows me to control only the lights that I need at any given time. 3. Great value for money. I am really impressed with the features & performance considering the price point.

Gives many variations to choose from. Good quality.

When the lights are all on they look great . After a few minutes they randomly turn on and off ! Very annoying, will probably return unless there is a fix !
