I bought this because I notice water on my lawn was not goin down the ground. It did improve the soil. I would highly recommended. I wish they would sell a safe cover for the spike when storing. Have to always keep an eye out when kids go in storage.

The Aerator works as intended and should last for years. It seems to be good quality for a fair price and should save me money since I don’t have to pay for my lawn to be aerated by a lawn service. The only disappointment in the machine is that there is really no good way to hold on the cement blocks. There should have been tabs or something built in. There are a couple holes on the platform but the holes are exactly where the cement blocks are so it is impossible to get a hook from a bungie cord in them. Not a good design. I still rigged bungie cords but the blocks will slide on uneven land. I gave it 4 stars for that instead of 5.

Super easy to assemble, even easier to use. I used 4 cinder blocks one mine, but prob could have worked just as fine with 3. Well made and should hold up for years.

if i had to do it all over again... i would have purchased the "PLUG AERATOR"!! the purchased "SPIKE AERATOR" was easy to assemble, and did the expected job rather well. upon doing more research, i see now that with the spike aerator, it does not remove any of the "thickness" of the grass, so it is only a temporary fix and may have to be done a couple (or more) times a season. the "PLUG AERATOR" does actually remove some of the grass, thus allows the grass to spread, to allow better growth. i am new to home owning & lawn care, so i am learning!

Very easy to assemble but make sure you wear gloves when you add the tines; they are extremely sharp and pointy. My yard is fairly level so the weight of the concrete blocks I used were enough weight without using any apparatus to secure them. Went over my yard horizontally and vertically after a good rain which made the ground softer. The tines easily sunk into the ground 2-3 inches. After 2 weeks I could tell a big difference in the thickness of my St. Augustine grass and that’s what I was after! Just follow the instructions and you can’t make a mistake! Awesome product!

Great value! Worth the money! Have to keep in mind that this is not a top-notch product and you get what you pay for. I had the run it over the yard numerous times but it got the job done.

Length limit to non sponsor reviews.. Assembly would be less of a pain in the butt with one modification, use carriage bolts! Holding this this up whilst holding a socket on one side and a wrench the other with spikes in between.. doesn't sink 2" non clay

I bought this not sure if it would do what I needed. It works perfectly.

I had an issue with my aerator and they took care of it for me quickly.

Brought this for doing some of my lawns. We had a long dry spell n lots of brown grass area after. We been turning the brown grass into green grass using this as they forecast rain. Thanks

I discovered the Brinly name while searching lawn care products online and I'm glad I did. Assembly was a breeze and I was working in no time. The 3D spikes are strong and believe me I gave them a workout. Looking forward to using this product for many years.

I was hoping that this device would help me take care of my lawn by aerating the soil . After assembling it and tried for the first time, I was so dissapointed because the tooth doesn't go deep enough to do a good job. The disk should be longer to go deep enough in the soil to do a good job, but not this device. So DO NOT INVEST in this device and keep your money to buy something better

Spikes went into compacted dirt with ease. Easy to tow.

I wish I would have purchased this aerator long time ago. I used it about 10 days ago. I already noticed my lawn is much greener just from one use. Here in Georgia the soil is hard and very clayey. The spikes went through that soil with no problem. It was also easy to assemble. I will be using this tool for years to come.

I would have given it 5 stars, if it had wheels that you could engage to cross your driveway, or any surface that you did not want spike. Or just to hook it up in your garage and drive to the yard.. It just REALLY needs wheels..
