After reading reviews about missing pieces, I still decided to purchase it and when I opened the boxes, I realized I was missing the wings and legs. I was devastated but then realized the wings and legs are in the headboard. Besides that, assembling was super easy. My only complaint is that my adjustable base is super snug inside the bed frame. So I’m not sure how I’m going to remove the base if I ever change my mind or need to move. But I guess I’ll figure that out later.

bought this and loved the design. began putting it together and got the entire bed frame together and than began on the headboard. that is when we realized the headboard wings and legs are missing. checked everywhere multiple times to make sure we didn't miss it. contacted home depot to only be told we would either need to take it all back apart and attempt to return it(Goodluck with that) or email the manufacturer and hope.

The quality is great for the price. They "hide" the headboard parts in a concealed compartment within the headboard and I thought I was missing the pieces because there was not a notice. I called to report missing pieces and found out where they were! The boxes clearly state it takes 2 people to pick up. The FedEx driver dragged it up my driveway, dropped it and ran. One box was damaged and open but fortunately the contents were okay.

Beautiful, very sturdy bed. I was able to put it together myself in about 45 min. Our queen mattress fits snigger within the platform. Material has no gloss, which makes it look higher end. Excellent price for this bed. No box spring needed.

Just bought this bed at the so-called Black Friday sale price. Received it a few days later in 2 different shipments days apart. Called today as it now is almost $200 cheaper than what I paid. Figuring since it was less than days since original order called customer service for adjustment. NOPE!! This is a Special Buy so no can do. Ridiculous. They lost a loyal customer for sure. Boxes are too big to buy and return no way to haul.

Based on previous reviews, other people experienced similar things. The headboard wings and legs are missing in the package. I either return or contact vendor directly. Home Depot asked me to call the vendor directly, and I only hear voice mail which asks me to email them! Such a headache! The product is just OK. You pay for what you get. The materials are thin and I am not sure how sturdy it is.

Unfortunately, the bed arrived severely damaged. I returned it of course and ordered a new one, and was disappointed to have gone through all the trouble only to find the quality is quite low. Even the replacement still came with snags in the fabric, sloppy seam work, and uneven filling in the upholstered headboard. I suppose you get what you pay for as this is a cheaper frame as far as king size beds go, but still, it is not worth the price.

Was skeptical. Ended up getting a king after seeing it go on sale. Compared multiple beds for a while from other retailers and couldn't find a reason not to get this one or why beds 2-4x the price were any better. Not a light flimsy bed. Not solid wood in all areas (some areas are) but still heavy and sturdy. Brackets and crossmembers box it up pretty good making for a sturdy base. Using it with a boxspring now, getting an adjustable base soon both configs will work. Material is 7 out of 10.

The look of the bed is beautiful. Bed arrived in good condition. It took a couple of hours to build and no issues building the bed. Parts were clearly labeled & instructions were easy to follow. Very happily with purchase ?

The bed is so hard to put together and when we finished putting together the base, we noticed that the side wings and the legs of the headboard were missing! Nobody was able to help! So annoying!!!

While the headboard looks nice, our bed has not held up. The middle pieces that provide stability have all but broken off sideways despite multiple and repeated efforts to stabilize them. This has resulted in the bed cratering in the center and creaking just when sitting down into the bed. Personally i would not recommend
