The width was 1/16 inch smaller than original floor have one whole box that would like to send back????

Its a nice product. I did have several boards this time that I would not use. The biggest frustration is that I had one case that had one 60" piece, one 43" piece and everything else was less than 28", most less than 20" Thank god I had 2 more cases to help space them out, but it was tough. I always open 3 cases at a time to help with that, but this was extreme.
I came in to get the product after I had ordered it. It was there 4 days after, so that was awesome, but then took the HD guys almost 45 minutes to get it from the receiving area out through the loading dock behind the garden area. Then had to hand unload because they broke the skid.

Its Beautiful!
I bought this to match a Brazilian walnut floor bought years ago. This was going in a hall that butted up to two rooms with the Brazilian walnut. While not a perfect match, it was near perfect. We had a highly skilled carpenter (the one who did the other floors years ago) do this job and we are thrilled with the results. I love Home Depot!

The wood is beautiful, very few imperfections, little waste and good mixture of different size boards. There was a couple boards damaged by what looks like someone hit the box with a fork lift blade which was a shame. Overall very satisfied with the product.

Not the best grade.
This is not #1 grade hardwood. My waste was excessive and the overall finish was less than perfect. I would call this #2 or #3. Once you have it and are working with it there is nothing you can do about it.

Hardwood flooring was of high quality and beautiful color. Flooring had very little imperfection, no warped boards and each box had a good variety of board lengths.. The floor installed very easy without any isues and had very little waste. Would highly recommend this brand and color choice.

Color very different than in pictures
I just had the copper light oak installed. It looks very different than what is pictured on the home Depot site. Instead of a nice light brown, I've got something that looks orange. I don't want orange wood flooring in my bedroom.
My understanding is that this stuff cannot be returned. So now I'm looking at sanding and staining it. Extra cost and a tremendous headache I do not need.

DO NOT BUY
I purchased 20 cases of SHD2210 after contacting BRUCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT and inquiring as to what would be SELECT flooring and is it comparable to BRUCE SELECT flooring at my local privately owned home center here in New Hampshire . I was advised by BRUCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT that BRUCE SHD2210 was SELECT and comparable to BRUCE SELECT at my local privately owned home center. After installing 17 cases going through every piece eliminating those with no or little tongue, cracks, knots etc. and trying to blend the dark and light pieces, I happened to stop by my local home center and checked out their BRUCE SELECT CB210. There was NO comparison. The flooring was consistent both in quality and finish with the only real variation being the grain pattern. I would have GLADLY spent the extra few hundred dollars for a much much better floor. DO NOT rely on BRUCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT for info. Do your own homework and comparisons. Guess I have to live with a $2,000.00 mistake My Bad.

We purchased the Plano Marsh first and due to numerous imperfections were short 2 cases. We completed the floor with the Originals Copper Light. It blended nicely and the room looks great. We will definitely use this in our kitchen.
