plastic shutters
It works just fine for what we needed it for. We used it to put on top of fence to keep out debris from patio. also in winter to keep out the cold breezes

I was very happy when the three shutters were delivered much earlier than expected. I am now trying
to schedule someone to come and attach them to my house. Because of plants that have grown so
large, I am still trying to find someone to come to my house to clear the over grown plants so I can then call to schedule the installation of the three shutters.

Paintable is a relative term in that the shutters seemed to almost repel the acrylic paint at times. It took three coats to get coverage, and even then there were places where the coverage was not complete. Recommend getting paint specifically formulated for vinyl surfaces.
