She wanted to enclose the bottom but not with wood or vinyl, to help corral the boys. She wants to enclose part of the base but still be able to see what they are doing I already have sun screens from ColourTree that have lasted several years without fading or tearing. So I know it will be strong enough to withstand the two boys. The ends have 6 grommets each which made it easy to attach to the wooden legs. I used screws and zip ties. This product is perfect for a variety of reasons. The material is extremely high quality and I really like the number of grommets that are available. The unit comes with a lot of zip ties for multiple uses. I did not use them in my case. I used nylon rope and a pully system to keep it tight. I use mine to help block the sun when it sets because it always peaks through the other sunshade I have on top.

Privacy fence material is strong and will be easy to install in final location. This mesh screen comes with zip ties (Generic) for seasonal install on a fence. The grey color is surrounded by a strong, well stitched and grommeted edge surround. I like the excessive number of grommets for mounting. Also, the corners are over-lap stitched so they are very strong and secure. This screen is very flexible making the installation very easy. I was able to fold it back up and return it to the original bag with ease. When installed, this screen is basically silent - wind does not make much noise throug it at all - and I have more wind than I should. I installed this screen at a section of our fence where our dogs and neighbor dogs complete for the most noise. Now they know there are dogs on the other side, but since they cannot see as easily, they run the fence-line more often and are overall a bit more quiet.

We have several Colourtree products and find their quality and craftsmanship to be excellent. We are using this fence privacy screen in a non-traditional way. We are using on our boat dock to help keep the morning sun from hitting the side of of the boat as the sun has been fading the clear coat. The screen is an attractive grey with a black border. Although we didn't use the enclosed zip-ties that come with the screen for our project, the border has several brass grommets that make hanging/attaching the screen very easy.

The privacy screen works very well. It maintains privacy and relieves some of the sunshine shining in our eyes while in the spa. There are eight grommets on each of the long edges and six grommets on the short sides, so it make it easy to keep it stretched properly. The only drawback I found was that the edging is not stitched up so it could possibly get pulled out a bit. I will probably stitch it up as a precaution. In my opinion, this type of screen is superior to solid fences because it does allow for some visibility from the inside. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more of these if I need more privacy screens.

I needed a temporary shade to take some of the glare out morning light coming in under my patio. The otherwise odd size of this privacy fence is perfect to hang under the edge of the porch roof and filter some of the aggressive early morning sun. Grommets are sturdy and abundant. I imagine this will last many years just as my other color tree products have.

Grey Privacy Fence Screen Mesh Fabric Cover Windscreen with Reinforced Grommets is made of 170 grams per square meter (GSM) High-density polyethylene (HDPE) fabric that is said to block 90% visibility and 95% of ultra-violet (UV) rays. I find the screen useful in that we live in a condo with a balcony overlooking a community pool. Sometimes, we just want to relax on the balcony without the pool-goers watching us. (The reverse of most situations, I know!!!) This screen works well, for the price. The only issue I have with the screen is that the corner bindings are straight sewn, unfinished and without tacking. The grommets will prevent the corners from unraveling, but it would be better if the corners were finished or a loop was made with the binding in order to allow securing the screen to poles or rods rather than using the zip-ties provided. For this reason, I'm subtracting a star.

Not really impressed with this shade blocker-privacy screen for minor reasons. First, it is great height for a regular deck railing but, you will definitely have to use nails or screws because the cable ties that are included are too short to wrap through the grommet holes and the pickets or the banister. The thickness and quality seems very good and I will recommend but, know it's actually designed for a chain link fence.

I was surprised at the quality and reinforced grommets as well as the extra wide support along the edges. I will place this along my Koi pond. It will allow the air to pass but help keep out debris. It also will afford privacy for us to sit and enjoy the pond and no one will know we are there. Well done and well made. The zip ties are a nice touch.

Not sure if it's normal to get a bag of 100 zip ties with this small 10 ft piece, but I did, thank you very much. Very nice grommets and edging on this product, heavy duty for what it is. The screen mesh material seems sturdy enough. This piece is the perfect height for my deck railings. Tried it out on a section (see pics). Very easy installation with the zip ties, and very easy to remove if you want to move it. I installed my piece with just a few zip ties, for test purposes. Would look really snug if I had used more. Nice, overall very useful product. Would also be great around a balcony railing. Instant privacy, inexpensively. Wish I had a longer piece.

This fence privacy screen from Colourtree is a great buy. It is very well made, it has double stitching on all four sides. The reinforced brass grommets are large, they are evenly spaced and at the locations I would have chosen, making securing this screen to the fence a breeze. It comes with a package of one hundred black nylon ties. There are more than enough. From my experience with ties I would recommend lighter ones, white or gray, because black ties in the sun usually only last one year, they are degraded by the sun and get brittle and break faster than the lighter ones.

Purchased this windscreen for my back yard to use in the fall to prevent leaves from blowing into swimming pool. The windscreen is well made and came with plenty of zip ties to connect it to the fence. i am very pleased at how well it is made. You can see from the picture of the corner that they have made this screen with heavy duty nylon to hold up to the wind and and not tear. Very pleased with this windscreen.

Zip ties are also included.

The Colourtree fabric privacy screen fencing is a well made product. It is woven using a plastic like material. The edges are reinforced and are sown well. I have a 3’ x 10’ screen, there are 38 brass grommets for attachment around the whole thing. My package include a package of 100 plastic ties. I attached mine using screws with large fender washers. I like that you can’t see through it as well as it blocks the hot sun. I am pleased with this purchase.

Sturdily built to handle being outside for the long haul. I got this to use as a windbreak and to block the afternoon sun for peppers in my garden. This is a heavy duty mesh sheet with a very tight weave that blocks about 95% of the wind and maybe 90% of the light. Perfect for my application. The heavy duty brass grommets are secured in reinforced tabs with heavy duty stitching. This is intended to handle most inclement weather, although I would take this down in the event of a hurricane since I am not securing this to a chain link fence. The screen comes with heavy duty black zip ties to secure the sheet in place. No need to run over to Homer's to get additional hardware!

This is a really high quality product. It's the smallest version of this privacy screen. It measures 3ft x 10ft. Which means either it will cover the lower 3ft of your taller fence or you can completely cover a 3ft high fence. I have dogs and this is perfect for screening them to help prevent barking. You simply attach it with zip ties. Couldn't be easier. It's easiest with a chain link fence, but I was able to secure it to my white picket fence. Would recommend.

I go this to protect my bird of paradise from the elements. I have only put it up today but the quality is like a woven plastic, okay quality feels like tarp but looser and heavier quality. There are brass ringlets and it comes with zip ties so it really is complete. This one is grey with a binded edge so it will not fray. I am hoping it will protect my plant but also worried that it may act as a kite and pull my fence out.

This privacy screen is made of the same material as the sunshade overhangs that this company manufactures. The fabric has a tight weave that you will not be able to see through so you will have good privacy. It is only 3 feet tall so you are limited to the amount of privacy. The edges are bound by extra material so the edges will not fray. The grommets are metal so they will last a long time and not tear out easily. The package also included a plastic pack of zip ties to attach the screen to another object. This would indicate that your installation may be more temporary than permanent. So type of metal fastener would be more appropriate. There are plenty of grommets to fasten the screen and prevent sagging or loose areas.

I have three dogs who love running around in my fenced in yard. However, with the warmer weather lots of my neighbors will walk their dogs down my street and pass my house. The reaction of my three upon seeing other dogs is predictable- incessant barking until they are out of view. This is particularly troublesome in the early morning hours when some people are still asleep. My wife is constantly wishing we could block their view of the front of the house. This gray fencing fits our needs perfectly. Easy to attach to the wire fencing with zip ties. There are plenty of grommets in the screen to securely fasten it and it has had immediate results as my dogs can no longer see the passing pooches.

The grommets are reinforced so they should hold up in the weather. There are a lot of grommets on the side ends. The grommets are placed about every 24” for even tie down. It has a stiff feeling like it is plastic coated, but it looks like it is woven. It will block some light but it has breathe holes in it so some air can pass through it.

ColorTree custom made our screen and everything was perfect. This fabric is thicker than other brands I've used and provides a lot of privacy. The shipping was fast and flawless. Without question, I would recommend ColorTree for all your screening needs.

The product is semi see through which defeats the purpose of a privacy screen. It will be fine for the season but it wont be going back up.

My reason for wanting this fairly large 8 foot x 10 foot section of mesh privacy fence was to help keep the deer out of our garden. I have another 10-foot section that I'm getting ready to add to this and I'm hoping that will do it. The reinforced grommets should allow me to keep it tightened since the wind will have a tendency to loosen it over time. If this works, it's and easy fix to a common problem.

Nice fence cover for a privacy shield. If you want or need a bit of privacy from your nosey neighbours, or if their Dog barks whenever you go outside, this is a simple and fast way to achieve a bit of solitude. It is a fairly heavy nylon [?] mesh fabric, (it looks sort of like a course canvas), with a lot of grommets all the way around it to anchor it to the fence.

It is nice for afternoon and night get togethers where neighbors will not have to intrude while the children play with their toys I love it.

I've got a carport that's basically a roof with four open sides. During the winter blowing snow covers my vehicles defeating the purpose for the shed. I guess I could add three walls and a door but I was looking for a simpler and less expensive solution. I ordered the 8 ft. x 10 ft. Privacy Fence Screen to install in lieu of walls. What I received, was an 8 ft. x 10 ft. Sun Shade (pictured below) It's not rectangular and there are no grommets along its perimeter just 4 D rings, one at each corner, so I'm unsure if I can use it. This appears to be a common problem as stated by other reviewers for this product. I'm old and I can't do this by myself so a friend has offered to help me when he gets a little free time, we'll see how it goes. I gave it only one star, not for the lack of quality, but because it's not what I ordered and needed. The manufacturer has only a 90 day warranty but Home Depot is offering a very generous 180 day return policy.

It's good quality and well made, the stitching is strong and the grommet eye holes are all well placed. The material seems strong so overall it's a good buy. To my surprise, however, the screen does not provide as much privacy as expected. it does dull or blur the scene from the opposite side but you can definitely see through it. It's fine for our pool fence/railing to dim the neighbors view so I'd recommend it if you're not looking for complete black out.

I had the option to get a couple different colors in different sizes. We did this to see which we liked the best. These privacy screens are well made. The border is well stitched. The grommets are well spaced. The corners have for grommets each to help secure it and not put too much stress on any one point/corner. For the purpose of this review, I secured the screen to the outside portion of the deck where I keep the lawn equipment. The 6ft by 10ft size was just about perfect. The brown color blended in well. I attached it in a way that I could easily detach it to get the lawn equipment out. I really liked the idea of having slightly hidden instead of everyone seeing what was under the deck as they drove up the road. After looking at white, brown and black, we ended up liking black the best. Good product, and just a matter of preference.
