I finally received it on Wednesday this week. I really thought it was a spongy texture instead of the spikes that it is made of. The spikes are brittle and fall off. It was to be used in the kitchen, but I can’t. Thank you.

Nice but if you place it in concrete it will stain a rust color.

Exactly what I wanted. Great quality. Perfect if you're looking to stencil your own design.

I placed this doormat outside my front door. On the first day, it rained and the mat got wet, as doormats are meant to do. I lifted it up to dry it out, placing it on the front porch ledge. What was revealed? The doormat leaked dye onto my front porch tile, leaving horrific stains, and it also stained the ledge where I put it. As I walked down the stairs holding it to toss it into the grass, it dripped more dye, staining the stairs and the other ledge. I scrubbed everything for an hour with bleach to no avail. I will need to re-tile and repaint the ledges. This $25 door mat cost me many thousands and a severe headache. Do not buy it.

As advertised. Good pricing. Follow instructions to straighten out from packaging. Usefull for 36" doors, as the overlap gives it a generous space.

Will be returning. The color is accurate to the photo, but the mat doesn’t stop shedding everywhere.

Exactly what I needed. Have only had it for a few weeks so can't comment yet on long term durability but seems to be of good quality for the price and works great!

Good quality, good service

If used as a door mat I can recommend this product. However in my case I was using this as a piece of indoor carpet at an entrance. The backing vinyl is a bit thin and easily torn. This can complicate installation where baseboards are already installed and one need to 'kick' the carpet under the baseboards.

I expected more. It's quite thin and not pure coir. Not just the back is vinyl, but the coir is blended with two other materials. It's super thin--just 1/2". For some reason I misread the specs before I ordered it, and remembered it as being three times the thickness it is. Thus I was disappointed, as I was expecting a thick, plusher mat. I don't know if the black vinyl backing will ultimately pose a drainage problem but I'm sure there's a reason they used it. The mat is made in India. I love its size; perfect for the spaces I got it for. (I bought two.) The color, too, is great. I don't think anyone else I found online made the big 3 X 6' version, so if you want this size, you may have to settle for this rug. I rated it four-star after averaging out the pluses and minuses. I'll have to see how it wears and sheds.

Great looking coir mat that is larger than the standard size. The only reason I didn’t end up keeping it was the price. Since it’s not carried in store, they can’t apply military discount to the item. And, for the price of one of these, I could buy 2-3 standard sized coir mats to interchange.
