I love your products except for one thing I think the handles are too long

Only used it a handful of times so far (pancakes, quesadillas, and bacon) but it has been perfect up to now. Heated evenly, easy to clean, absolutely no sticking.

Used my new pan for the first time to cook some over easy eggs. They stuck to the pan even though I preheated it and used butter

Griddle was not flat when opened. One corner is higher the the others so it wobbles when using it. It is usable but does not sit flush on the stove.

Well made and heats evenly. A well made and will last a long time. I only like quality cookware and this is wonderful.

It’s my Go-To pan for pancakes, tortillas and warming flatbreads, but design with even warming makes it superb at the perfect grilled cheese or fried eggs. Used almost every day!

Excellent quality. The cooking surface is significantly thicker than our last griddle pan.

This is the 3rd griddle I have got they all warp after a short time using them. But I like to make my eggs on it so I am giving it one more try. The problem I have had is why I gave it a 3 star.

Decent Griddle But was really expecting more from this pricey Griddle. The only issue that I found is when you heat it, the center of the griddle tend to bulge a bit making the batter spread unevenly towards the side. I wish the brand like Calphalon could have take care of such things!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pan, it is a replacement for my 21 year old Calphalon 11inch griddle. I truly love the lifetime guarantee that Calphalon stands behind. My old griddle was sticking a little after an average of at least weekly use and they replaced it quickly. The whole process was easy and painless. I wonder at how much lighter the new skillet is, but it will take years to see if it holds up as well as the original. Thank you Calphalon.

I cook multiple items at once. I have a complete meal ready to serve.

We are pleased with this particular griddle. The previous one, which we still have has a more slender handle, and this older griddle, overall is not as heavy as the new griddle. The new griddle's handle is much wider than the old griddle's handle. This new griddle seems to heat a little more evenly. We give this a five-star rating, as we are pleased with this purchase.

I have owned this griddle for many years without any problems. I have cooked pancakes, french toast, bacon and eggs, steaks, hot dogs, burgers, and fish using nothing but a metal spatula without a single scratch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had such a well made non-stick skillet like this on. The square design provides a lot of space for my bacon. I'm so impressed, I am purchasing a set of pots now. I think I'll be a customer for life.

This replaced a similar pan by another manufacturer. But after receiving it I found that it was more substantial and it appears the non-stick coating will last longer. I haven't cooked up much yet but I did cook some bacon and it was amazing - done to perfection. And clean up is very simple. Even tho the description claims it's dishwasher safe, for now I'm hand washing. Regardless, I highly recommend this griddle!

The pan is very shallow. Appeared deeper in photos to me. Works fine but is limited in use because it’s so shallow. Would be great for pancakes but not something with much liquid

I love this pan!! It is great for eggs, making toasted/grilled sandwiches and pancakes come out perfect!! I use it to cook everything that doesn’t require a deep frying pan. My mother and sister fell in love with it have both since purchased one.

Great griddle, however the sides are not very high. When frying bacon, it cannot hold much grease. The griddle has not warped and sits very well on the flat surface of the range.

I puchased this pemier griddle believing the "nonstick" hype. It isn't nonstick. Have to use butter or equivalent to prevent sticking especially eggs. Workaround to its nonstickiness... use butter or spray or... same as with any old pan.

Great pan, bought this to add to set I bought my daughter to carry to college. True to Calphalon, heavily weighted great quality not flimsy! I have had one for nearly fifteen years now and still like when I purchased it.

Love it nothing sticks, makes life much easier and washing it right after cooking on it.
