Great grill. Smoked a pork butt for 18 hours the third day I had it. Turned out great! Would recommend 7/7. Please note, do not let it get close to running out of pellets or it will automatically shut down due to not having any fuel, my fault.

The grill works great. Keeps temp well. Difficult to move around. The controller would not connect and operate with my iPhone. After contacting customer service they had to replace it.

I have had it for 3 weeks send Gav be cooked two spatchcock style chickens and a pork solder. All turned out very well. Juicy and tasted amazing.

Product was delivered on time and undamaged. Have smoked a few things and love the wifi controls. After having a Traeger for 12 years, the Camp Chef has a few features that are I like more...the movable deflection shield, the ash dump for cleaning, and added the sear box for full BBQ experience.

The highest smoke setting on this smoker is not very good. It's about half that of my previous smoker.

I bought this as my first smoker and it is great. It has made some amazing food. It's really easy to use and holds the temperature great.

I love our new Camp Chef. Only drawback is that the Camp Chef App. to control the temp and operation by my phone kind of sucks. It has been very difficult to connect. I keep getting error messages or it can't be found. I am next to it and it can't be found. I have used the smoker 3 times now and the actual cooking and re3sults have been great. I was able to connect just once after hours of wasted time trying. Hopefully I will have better luck next time.

Very satisfied. Easy to use. I like the features like the ash clean out and the ease to change pellets. Starts and reaches temps very quick.

This grill was very easy to set up. My only complaint was the wi-fi.It took a couple of tries to get it right but now it is working fine. Mostly due to dicey home wi-fi. excellent grill/smoker!

I really like this grill. There is a learning curve, but it's ability to maintain temp is real. Smoke isn't as much as possible with a true wood grill, but does a good job. I wish the app had more features. In retrospect, I would have been fine with just getting meat probes that send a signal instead of the built in wifi controller. Quality built unit. Easy to clean and maintain.

Easy assembly. Missing a screw. Camp Chef replaced the missing screw. Happy about that. I’m still on learning curve. But so far so good.

This is my 3rd camp chef pellet grill. I have one at home, the cabin, and my in-laws place. We didn't want to haul the grill around so we instead put one at each of the place we spend a lot of time. The quality of the grill, the amazing food that comes out of them, and the service from Camp Chef is the reason we recommend these to all of our friends and family.

Love this grill/smoker. I’ve been researching these for a while and jumped between brands trying to find one that I felt would be the best. The easy ash clean out was what sold me on Camp Chef. After my first cook, I still will need to vacuum out the cooking space of the ash that circulated around the chamber, but am very happy with how the grill worked.

Our new Camp Chef SmokePro SG 24 WIFI Pellet Grill has exceeded all our expectations! So far we've smoked: BB Ribs, Chicken Breasts, Filet Mignon, Pork Shoulder Butt and Salmon Filets. We reverse seared the beef filet and it tasted as good as a steak house steak. It is very clean burning with about a 1/2" of ash in the easy to reach clean out cup after an all day pork butt cook.

Grills and smokes. Recommend adding other components, i.e. the pizza oven and sidekick. Very versatile.

A couple of small dents. One in the side shelf and one on the pellet compartment lid that I can live with. I love the way it holds temps. I have done a pork butt, brisket, and lots of chicken and steaks. Very pleased with its performance. Cannot get the WiFi to work. About ready to seek help!

After a lot of research online and with friends/smoker owners, the Camp Chef came out as the top recommendation. And very well deserved I must say. This machine turns out ribs, briskets, sausages, chicken, potatoes, vegetables above my best expectations. Absolutely love this smoker. The large work area lets me prepare whole meals, and the notifications on my Apple Watch keep things in check...

I have been thrilled with the performance so far. Beer can chicken, pulled pork, and brisket have all come out phenomenal. The The built in thermometer jacks also works great. I had no issue connecting to the app, however it can be slow to update sometimes so don’t believe what you see when it shows you the numbers at first, give it 15 seconds or so to update. The temp can swing quite a bit. At hismoke (220) the temp can drop to 195 before more pellets get dropped and then it can jump all the way to 250 but it levels back out to 220.

Arrived right on time. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Does what it says it will do. We've smoked ribs and two briskets. Rave reviews on how they turned out.

What a mess of a product. And customer service people I found to rude and a "complete blame the customer" approach. So, I have $1000 grill that is completely worthless. And that was after spending 3+ hours having to put it together only to find out they've left off parts that when I (had to) call to get sent to me, I later learned was on back order and so they sent it months later. I would NEVER EVER buy from these people again. There is no way I am the only person having trouble with this grill. I've another hour trying to fix it only to learn they did not send the right parts. And now that I have taken it apart, I can see where some of what I think are the design flaws. What a mess. No one needs this hassle in their life. No one.

Compared to the propane grills I have used in the past, this grill almost makes me feel like I am cheating. The ability to set it, walk away, check temps on the app and get messages when the target food temp has been reached makes this a totally different experience than gas grills. It also has an excellent grease deflection and collection system and the indirect or direct heat option allows additional ways to grill depending on what you are cooking. Having never used a pellet grill I was a little wary of making the switch but I am sure glad that I did. I did not realize how much time I spent tending a gas grill to make sure the food turned out correctly until I didn't have to do it anymore. The time savings alone makes it worth it.

I'm glad I read all the reviews and ratings from the pros before deciding to purchase a grill. Most people just run to the store and buy that other companies grill just because it's been around longer. Let's just say that if they read the reviews of that brand they would see that the oldest does not mean the best. Camp chef has more options for less money, and has way better reviews hands down
