Paid and installed 16 of these treads and spent $800. I don't believe the overlay is a true vinyl. One day after wiping down these boards with a damp cloth after an install, the overlay is bubbling at the seems. Im sick to my stomach that I just wasted time and $800 to just have to rip these out in a year after they deteriorate like cheap mdf furniture. Disgusting that home depot backs this product.

Do not let Home Depot sell you this if you want stairs to match Lifeprooof Dusk Cherry flooring. It’s an entirely different color and texture. I realized the texture may be different, but the color is not even close and does not match or even “coordinate”. Disappointing because I chose this flooring (which wasn’t my favorite) based on the availability of a matching product for the stairs.

Looks amazing! My carpenter installed the product on my unfinished basement stairs. The color was a VERY close match to the laminate flooring I also purchased at HD. I had to get the larger/longer “nose” option to go over my existing stairs, which I think are MDF; new construction spec home.

The other four also matched each other. Bought 15 at first for a set of stairs. Ten matched each other so I ordered 7 more with the intent to use what I could and return the rest. Well all 7 new ones came in and they're all the same. I need to get these in but it's going to bug me. Each step looking the same?! Come on.

This is not vinyl, its compressed paper - wood material. very thick that wont align with your vinyl flooring. It is a false advertisement i had to return it all.

Yes, I love the flooring. However I need to get some additional Overlay Left & right returns. Sold out

Purchased as a 2nd floor landing tread to a floor of Dusk Cherry LifeProof LVP. Two totally different products, thickness and install wise, material too. With that said, I could have done better research and maybe avoided my issues. I ended up heating and bending an LVP, check you tube. Can’t use on my staircase either as I have a landing there too. Look like a nice product for a staircase only, not intended to tie in to any flooring.

We love the material matches the dusk cherry Lifeproof LVP perfectly. We had to cut each stair cover individually having the extra length was great.

No. They do not match the Dusk Cherry. The material is different and not as durable. I would recommend against buying these. As a result of not being able to find an appropriate tread cap that matches, I would not recommend any of these floorings.

Been waiting for material since April. Have partially finished room I can’t complete.

Took to long to receive materials,

Very happy with the product. But suffered too long and too much on the special order which took over a month to get all for installation.
