The online photos look NOTHING like the product. Let me save you some time and post the actual color of each tread. We did not install these just yet, cannot comment on that aspect

Any little bow or imperfection and they wont adhere so you end up with flex in the tread. These things are an absolute waste of money. Stay as far away from this product as you can or you will be replacing them within 6 months. Home Depot should stop selling these things immediately. Complete garbage!

Love them. Great quality

I love them! We are remodeling an older home and our basement stairs are dark. I ordered the light oak, and I absolutely love it Cap A Tread finishes them off beautifully, looks like real wood and they clean up so easily. I’ve received many compliments on them.

Easy install and they look great!

I recently renovated my previously carpeted stairs and decided to use the Cap A Tread product. I found the stair tread itself to be of good quality and I'm happy with the result. However, I also found that the double-sided Riser that was included was of very poor quality. Compressed wood (not water proof), and the White side chipped very easily, so you have to be very careful working with the Riser if you are planning to use the White side. If I had to do it again, I would have just used the Tread, and some other product for the Riser.

It was the wrong color again. Wish you had samples in store to match up to pre existing floors. Not ordering for 3rd time. Colors on line don’t match product when received.No one called or came by to pick up return. Very disappointed.

Not difficult to install. And looks close to real wood. Happy with the look of the finished staircase.

We had to return the first order for the rt return d/t damage to the return edge. On the 2nd replacement order the edge was again damaged but less so the carpenter installed and thoufh it’s noticeable I can live with it. I’d say something needs to change with ur packaging so this is not an issue. When someone has a contractor at the home to install and they have to return numerous times because of damaged product it’s a pain

These are not compatible with the flooring for some reason despite being a color match and collaboration with lifeproof. Each stair requires a transition piece to integrate with the lifeproof flooring

Great product. Fits great and easy to install.

I would have given it 5 Stars but the miter cut piece in this size isn’t an option for an open return.

The product is well made and easy to work with. Only downside is the high cost of each tread.
