Installation was very easy and it matched almost perfectly to my seasoned wood flooring.

Other than the fact that these pieces are a little expensive they are worth the purchase for the stairs. I am very happy with the way the finished product turned out and they were very easy to install. You will need a table saw for ripping the length and we used a 12 in sliding compound miter saw for the width cuts. I used Liquid Nails Heavy Duty construction to apply them to the back riser and also for the Cap a Tread steps. Always start at the bottom and do NOT assume each step and riser are the same measurements. Measure twice and cut once! When you are working up the steps if you just measure each of the risers without the step in place your measurements will be off. Do Riser-Step-Riser-Step etc. We will be finishing off our with some custom colored caulk i purchased online and have used in the bathrooms and other areas that needed caulking. Added a pic of that as well from one of the bathrooms.

We used the tread and the riser and it all turned out beautifully.

These were very easy to install, cut very well. One came in slightly damaged on a corner, but since we were cutting down to size it didn't impact us. Held down with carpenters adhesive. We did install non-slip treads on them as the dogs found them very slippery. We bought clear, self-stick treads, most of the time I don't even see them

Good product. Yes it is expensive but if you take into consideration the time and labor it would take to stain and finish hard wood this is worth the $. I installed this over old stair treads. Its easy to install if you get the cuts just right. ( You don't want to measure wrong and ruin a $50 tread.) It matches great with LifeProof Seasoned Wood Flooring. I'll be installing this on another stair case in my house.

Easy to cut and install. No problems with splintering or chipping when cutting to fit. Looks great. Would highly recommend as an upgrade for stairs.

We purchased this product to finish the hallway leading to the stairs. The product matched the flooring perfectly but the thickness was greater than flooring. We shimmed the flooring edge to create a smooth transition. Hence, the 4 star rating.

Easy install and looks beautiful kind of expensive but both the treads and risers are basically particle board with a thin veneer so any kind of moisture would quickly ruin them but for what I was doing they were perfect

Too tall for LifeProof flooring. Wound need to add threshold on every stair landing

Treads match one of the flooring planks, risers match one of the other flooring planks. Inside of stair nose isn’t as big (1 1/16”) as the specs say it is (1 1/8”) therefore they fit tighter than they’re supposed to fit and the stair nose cracked on the inside. Hope it lasts and doesn’t split all the way through. I took pictures of my existing stair tread thickness (1”) and the inside of the stair nose of the cap-a tread (1 1/16”) and sent it to the manufacturer. They have not replied.

Really happy with the product but. Two issues. $50/stair is crazy. Second is you only get a 4' piece so there is a lot waste. Most stairs are only 36"

Great product. Couldn't be more pleased with its looks and installation. Seemingly a bit more expensive than other options, but found it was worth it. Only caveat is instructions in smaller print and video not clear -- but since you install from bottom up, do NOT step on any and wait for next day or two to install what you cannot reach without stepping (even lightly) on recently installed. Thinking we could do all stairs in one day had one temporarily slip, but able to slide back before glue set.

If using this bullnose to match to flooring it is much too thick (3x too thick). Would not use for anything but stairs that bump up to carpet.

Did not really match with the seasoned wood flooring but excellent product and great to install

Easy to install. Looks great. One downside is our small dog slid down the stairs. We had to get a good carpet pad for the stairs. They look great and the stairs match the flooring downstairs and in our foyer

Treads were extremely easy to install and matched the Lifeproof seasoned wood planks perfectly. Treads also hold up very well against scratches. My silver lab runs up and down the steps constantly and not a single scratch on the stair treads from her nails.

Excellent product, met all expectations. Very easy to install and a great way to avoid unnecessary labor/issues with cutting off the existing nosing on the original stair treads. Also no headaches/guessing games with prepping, staining & covering wooden treads.

I was very pleased with this product it looks great. It is a little pricey for what it is, but when you want it to look good then......

Solid sturdy product. Looks great installed. My only complaint is these stair treads come multi colored. So you may get a dark one or a light one. Well the company sent me a ton of light stair treads which makes it really hard to randomize the look. I reached out and could not get a response from zamma so now I'm stuck with a few darker stair treads and a bunch of light ones because the company sent me so many of the same pattern.
