I got a lot of compliments when I first used it, now everyone wants one also. They ask where I get it from, so I just say directly from Carhartt, no need to go through middle man.

Pretty tough but I wish the zipper was a little more heavy duty. But I'm happy with my purchase.

Everything was great I will be ordering soon my only complaint is I wish all your companies products were made in the USA

Great quality! Very lightweight, fits a bit loose but just what I wanted so I can throw over thick sweater or winter work jacket.

Looks really good and has saved my a** many times out in the rain. Light weight and easy to move around in on the job site.

I bought this jacket to use in the field as a light weight rain jacket. The first time I put it in during a light rain, I was soaked within 10 mins. There is definitely something wrong with the produce. My tag says spring 2019

Purchased for my husband's birthday - he loves fishing, camping, hiking, so on. Figured he'd need a waterproof jacket - he LOVES it :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great jacket! Keeps my dry in extended periods of heavy rain, fairly breathable. If you're going to use this to go over just a shirt, size one down. It's oversized to fit over jackets, work gear, etc.

Yes, this Carhartt Men's 3X bold orange Nylon Dry Harbor Rain Jacket not only meet, but far exceeded my expectations! At first glance when I opened it I must say I was concerned that it looked like it was way to thin to keep me the slightest bit warm on a chilly rainy spring day. Again I was suprised the first time I used it it was raining and 44 degrees out with 12-15 mph winds. This jacket kept me plenty ward and DRY! the rain just rolled off! A real pleasent surprise! I love this jacket especially the bright neon orange color! I would tell everyone That asks, to go to Home Depot and get this jacket!

The3xxxltall was too large in the body. The coat was well made but felt like a 4xxxltall. I just recently returned the cost.

Awesome heavy duty jacket for rainy florida wet seasons looking forward to wearing this comfortable jacket in wet condition or very windy day’s.

I've had this jacket for less than a year and water already soaks through. Light rain, steady rain, doesn't matter. Don't waste your money. I'll be sending mine back. Total let down.

Bought these for the maintenance and grounds crew at my work for this winter.. It has been the best weather Gear for comfort and keeping dry while keeping up with mother natures relentless season of rain sleet and snow!

Its a nice looking jacket but sadly not water proof. I got soaked the first day wearing it

Huge disappointment. The jacket is NOT water proof. I would not even call it water resistant. In a light steady rain, water quickly wicks through to layers underneath leaving you soaked to the core.

Christmas present for my boyfriend.. He opened it today and he used it today! Super windy day out on the ocean, everyone was soaked but him! Truly waterproof and durable.

Bought this to wear out all day wet conditions. Does fine with a few drops but as soon as it really started to rain the coat became saturated and soaked through to my under layers. Made for a VERY cold and uncomfortable day outdoors. Expected more for the price and claim of waterproof.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product in quality and design. It's lite weight, comfortable and water tight! It's a men's coat but I'm a woman and was tired of trying to find a 'real' raincoat. This is it! I would recommend this product to both men and women.

I see some of these comments praising the waterproofing of this jacket, and as a landscaper I needed something I can wear and stay out in the elements. But after buying this jacket and the pants, I don’t understand how anybody is happy with this. Like Sam from Spokane said earlier in the thread, the jacket is water RESISTANT, at best. In real rain, it’ll be saturated like any other jacket in 10 min. I needed something waterproof AND breathable, like advertised. Sadly it’s only the latter. Is there a better waterproof jacket you offer ? I really can’t/ don’t want the rubberized gear as I get too hot and will pass out. Please help if possible.

We have been super hard on ours and they are still in like new condition
