Top is nice and thick (though not actually "butcher block"), and assembly is fairly easy (I did it in about an hour). Caster wheels are excellent; wood quality and finish is just OK, but I am pleased with the results. I got it to serve as my bread making station, and it is perfect for this purpose. Note: the drawer slides on a wood rail (not on metal sliders), so you might want to apply wax to ensure smooth sliding.

Easy assembly; the wood top looks beautiful! Matches w/ my brown cabinets. one corner of the wood top has splinters but i imagine it can be sanded easily. great way to add counterspace to a small kitchen

Easy to assemble, I did it myself with my Home Depot purchased DeWalt drill, too bad the drill was not available in lavender. My only disappointment was that one of the slats on the edge of the shelves was bent off. I fixed it. It was probably damaged while being put into the nice sturdy carton it arrived in. No complaints.

Our kitchen is somewhat small and this cart fits nicely. It is well made and has several features that are really useful; a drawer that holds my cutting boards, two shelves , one that holds a large cast iron Dutch oven and an oversized covered skillet and the other a large basket of onions, potatoes and other root vegetables. Two rods on either end hold dish towels. The top is a very generous butcher block surface. We're very pleased with this purchase,

Shelf slats were broken

The cart was very good looking. However the packing was very poor, Smaller pieces were not wrapped or secured resulting in breakage. Thus it is the manufacturer I would not recommend.

This great cabinet was delivered within 4 days of online purchase. It was exactly what I was looking for. Two of the brass sleeves into which the screws fit in on one side of the legs were missing so my husband jury-rigged expanders that did the trick. Two wooden pegs in bottom left hand corner were broken so my husband glued the leg and cross support. It did the trick. We need the mobility of the casters but the unit continues to move when brakes are engaged. We will replace the casters. Other than that, value and quality are excellent. Would recommend this purchase.

Wood top is beautiful and thicker than shown. Quality wood and assembly is relatively easy (even for a female that assembled it). Looks nicer than shown, hig hmm lying recommend,

My son put it together quickly. Very sturdy and holds my heavy pizza oven. Very attractive looking.

First delivery had multiple broken parts due to poor packaging. The second delivery had only one broken part. Called manufacturer. Told me the problem and they weren't sureprised they just sent me a new part. Home Depot quality is really bad. This is my 2nd bad experience. Goodbye Home Depot

Lovely to look at, but badly packaged for shipment, much damage on receipt, and very fragile shelves. Because of the poor shipping box, several pieces were dinged and four of the slats on the shelving were detached when we opened the box. There was no external damage to the box itself so damage occurred during packaging or during routine shipping. At least 15 white paint spots on the top piece, and dents in the metal bars, in addition to the scrapes and dings on the wood. The shelving slats are held on by small staples so they detach easily. Assembly was easy but some of the pre-drilled screw holes were in the wrong places. On the good side, it really does look good now that we have mostly repaired the damage, and it has really good wheels.

This cart is attractive, functional and was exactly as pictured and described. My husband assembled it with little effort and we are very pleased with it.

Easy to assemble, quality pieces, looks wonerdful. I love it, and receive plenty of compliments!!! only reason I gave quality 4 of 5 stars is because a small piece, the inside track rail of the pullout drawer, was chipped. Not a big enough deal to return, and I can pull the drawer out and in ok. But, still, would have been nice with no chips at all. Im a satisfied customer ;)

I'm very happy with this item, and it was not too hard to put together. It looks great - there is a nice finish and it has lots of shelf space and holds my "big" pots that don't fit in the kitchen cabinets. It moves around nicely on the casters. I'm impressed with the quality.

If your not going to spend a lot more for a butcher block, this is a nice alternative. More versatile than a block as it rolls and fits well in a small kitchen. Works okay as a service cart.

I ordered this island online and had doubts about the quality and how it would look, but I am happy to say that the piece is very sturdy and nice to look at. Note to someone who is putting it together, don't tighten all the bolts until completely built. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and think it was a great deal.

Very good quality product, which looks great and was exactly what I was looking for. Made in the USA and not a cheap Chinese low quality shoddily made kitchen cart. Easily put together without having to break out any tools. I would consider any product this manufacturer produces.

I wish the top was a real butcher top, But easily fixed by putting a cutting board On top and that brought table up to my countertop Height

Assembly was quick and easy. The cart was sturdy and easy to move around the kitchen. The two shelves were just what we needed to store all of our cook books and the drawer was perfect for our recipe cards.
