The channel locks jaws did not line up perfectly. And the jaws seemed loose some how. The snips , the needle nose and regular pliers were all fine. Thinking about bringing the channel locks back to store

You just Can't beat Channel Lock, and what a Nice kit this is! Many years ago, I purchased a "no-name brand of pliers" and, boy did it ever hurt me. I thought I broke my fingers! The "no-name-brand" came out of the cog and slipped off the pipe, then clamped my fingers in between the handles!. Never again! "Channel lock-Only" for me. Plus, H/D had a "Christmas special pricing" that I couldn't refuse. Buy this set..

You will never go wrong with the quality and performance of Channel Lock tools.

This was my first set of pro grade pliers and cutters. I never imagined the margin of quality could be so vast. These perform at a different level than the cheaper pliers I was using (and for the most part satisfied with). It's clear to me now that I will be reaching for the channellock when I need a good set of pliers on the job.
