This is a great product, but if it can only be ordered as a special order through the store, I should not be able to buy it online. Also before Home Depot Cancel the order they should call the customer instead of just canceling it.

They are one of the top doors on the market and their R-value on an insulated door was top of the line. The door was purchased and installed by a local garage door company and it looks great.

Delivery took longer than expected but the product me all my expectations.

The delivery was weeks late delaying the project and causing higher cost. The week before the promised delivery, I called Clopay logistics department and they said it would be late because their "driver was on vacation". I explained my project schedule was dependent on this delivery. Weeks later, when the door was delivered to the Home Depot, I did not receive a notification further delaying delivery. Clopay has promised a partial refund, multiple times, but it has never followed through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced 34year old garage doors. Used a local installer who sold me the doors and they look beautiful. Alot sturdier and thicker than my old ones. Went with the Clopay 4300 classic steel doors in white. I'm hoping the garage stays a little warmer with the thicker doors. Installer was very professional, on-time and removed the old door. would highly recommend.

I ordered my 8x9 insulated door from Home Depot in December and received it three months later. I knew before I ordered it that it would take some time to receive the door so I don't fault Copay or Home Depot. I picked the door up at Home Depot when it arrived. The door was well packaged for shipment. When I got home I unpacked the door and was surprised to see that the door was in perfect condition. No scratches, dents or dings. I installed the door on a brand new metal building. I took my time assembeling the door to make sure I did everything correctly. The instructions provided with the door were somewhat genaric and applied to different models of Copay doors. The instructions were okay but could have been much better if they were provided specific to my door. So I read the instructions and watched youtube videos until I was sure I was assembeling parts correctly. I was installing the door on a metal building, which is built different that a stick built garage, so I was forced to modify the door opening so the Copay would install properly. I got the door completely assembeled and installed then realized the extension springs provided by Copay were way too stiff. The door would not close all the way. I weighted the door and it weighted 154 pounds. So I purchased 140 pound springs from a different vender and now the door closes perfectly. I am very happy with the door now that it is installed. I would just suggest that the instructions are not as straight forword as they could be so go slow when assembeling.

Door went together easily with a little help from some youtube videos. I am very pleased with the door. The springs were too strong, the door would only close about half way. I measured the weight of the door and it weighed 154 pounds so I ordered 140 pound springs. Those springs worked perfectly. The original springs must have been in the range of 200 pounds or so. All in all, I am satisfied with the door.
