Got this for an empty guest room closet. Decent quality, no real chips and we had the hardware. Hubby read directions online. I wish the mounting hardware was less obvious but it’s fine. My only gripe is the color Espresso. I think that should almost be black but this is a reddish brown which I don’t like, but not worth returning.

The first question asked when I started this review is "Would you recommend this product?". I chose yes for one reason, the quality of the product is good. However, if you plan on doing a large walk-in closet with multiples walls covered by these pieces, you had better take a screen shot of what you design online because you will not get any assistance once your items are delivered. Thank God I had taken screen shots on my computer, otherwise I would have been left with a puzzle that I would have no shot at completing. I consider myself quite handy, but no matter of experience will help you if you don't know what you're building. I expected a blueprint of my design when I received delivery. Not even close. What you get is a bunch of individual boxes and a slap on the back declaring good luck. Save the screenshots and you'll end up alright.

Very nice and easy to install. Only complaint is pieces came damaged and had to wait another week to get replacements. Overall I’m happy with it

After the first one, assembly was straight forward. More time consuming than I thought it would be. But not difficult. I did have some problem figuring out the drawer assembly instructions though. But once I did, it wasn’t difficult.

This was an excellent choice as a closet organizer for my old home with a narrow, but tall, closet in a small bedroom. Assembly was quick and easy, attachment to the wall was straightforward. Unit is sturdy and well made. Definitely recommend.

This is our 3rd closet we are doing with Martha Stewart Custom Closet. Once you get the rail on the wall it’s just assembly like a puzzle. One person can do everything but much quicker with two. Love everything about it !

Brilliant Customizable closet system. Very easy to put together especially if you have someone to help. If you do it alone, assemble on the floor and get someone to help you lift it into place. (mine was right up against the wall and not in the center of the closet so I was forced to build it on the floor) Anyone can do this especially if the tower is in the center of the closet, that way you can assemble the whole thing as it hangs on the wall, which is the easier application and doesn't really require help for anyone. Feel sturdy and solid.

This closet was exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect for my small space, good quality and looks very nice..but, what i liked the most is that the measures are accurate..

Quick and easy to install. My old house had similar product , very much adjustable for most needs , hanging clothes or storage shelves.

Love the closets! I only wish I would of done this years ago. We put this system in our 3 spare bedrooms closets and while it take a little time to assemble everything it was worth it. Just be aware that the fronts of the drawers might need a slight adjustment to make everything appear aligned.

Had my handyman install. Sturdy and great quality. I foresee this system lasting for many many years.

We have used the Martha Stewart Living Closet kits on three different closets. Love them and of good quality.

Not difficult to assemble. Company was helpful when I let them know (almost 2 months after I purchased and finally put it together) that I was missing one part. They rushed it out to me.

I was hesitate to tackle a project like this by myself, without hiring a contractor who would clearly know how to do this. IT WAS SOOOOO EASY! I installed this all by myself. I did have my closet system shipped to our local Home Depot to save on shipping and to help eliminate any damage to the closet. Looks very nice and I am working on ordering another one for another closet.
