good heater, could be quieter however biggest issue for me was the slippery smooth and small handle with no grips... slipped out my hands and smashed the housing 1st of getting it and miving it. a rubber grip would have helped.

Quiet and very efficient

Took a little to figure out the setting for the room. We still think the temperature if off by 10 degrees, but it warms up the area great.

Great heater....heats a large area.....The problem is that when it pivots ,it squeaks loud enough to be distracting. Sprayed with silicone at the base and so far seems to work. Should never have had that problem to begin with.

Product does a good job of heating up a large room of around 500+sqft. Excellent customer service from the product manufacturer. One unit arrived without the remote. I called home Depot and was routed to the manufacturer who provides prompt remediation.

It was a good heater for a few days. Then it just stopped as if it were unplugged. The heater is completely dead. I tested the outlet and it is fine. I tested the heater in a few other outlets, and it is totally unresponsive. I will be returning the heater for a refund.

I don't know what is so difficulty about getting the digital thermostat in these room heaters calibrated correctly. This one is supposed to turn off when the temperature is +2degree more than room temperature and turn on when the temperature is-1 degree less than room temperature. Nope the temperature on the Comfort Zone is set at 72 degree and the actual temperature in the room is 69 degree and the unit is not heating .It is inaccurate. the other thermostate shows me the room temperature 69 degree but the unit shows 1 or 2 degree more.

One has a noisy fan and one does not oscillate well, sometimes it stops oscillating. None of them regulate the temperature. They just keep running the heat/fan well past the set point. Returning them to Home Depot.

When the fan is on, the temperature decreases. A little tricky to operate. I did not like the fan blowing after I turned off the unit.

I bought it to replace a fan I use in the bedroom at night during the winter. It worked fine, but was too noisy for my needs and I returned it.

Good heat performance I find the controls a little confusing when you want to turn it off

I recommend reading the user reviews--I did. That's why I kept the box in case I needed to return it. The heater part worked okay. There was a bit of plastic off-gassing that got better as time went by. But, the reason I ended up returning it was the thermostat didn't work. The heater would turn off at set temp, and then not come back on. If the thermostat function isn't crucial for your needs, this heater may work well for you.

The “mode” button stuck after only a few uses. However, the remote control works fine so I can control mode with that. so I’ll keep the heater because it does nice heating job.

I Purchased three different space heaters this winter and by far this one is the best. It puts out a good amount of heat and the oscillation covers a good area. It’s well-made and a design that doesn't compete with the furnishings.The remote is easy to understand. Out of the three I Purchased, yes I would choose again.
