From the first day I used this heater was quite unsuccessful. The heat would stay on for less than a minute, and temperature and setting would shut down. I would turn on heater some days, and the same thing would happen. I carefully followed instructions.

Packaging issue
The first one sent didn't work correctly but the second one was fine. Had a feeling though that the second one wasn't going to work either because the box it came in was in bad shape. Needs to be packaged better.

Not worth the dollars as it stops working
I bought 2 of these. Saw the store using one and felt the heat generated- loved it. First 1 had one of the burners go out after about 4 weeks. 2nd one totally stopped working.
Very disappointed as they are great when they work- yet that's the issue- they don't work.

Crappy, not reliable
These heaters are very cheaply made, lightweight and overheat easily. The two I bought burnt out within 8 hours of use. There are two heating elements that put out a good amount of heat, but one inevitably ends up burning out and causing all of the power to go to the remaining coil which overloads it's internal thermostat.
The Pelonis 23” Ceramic Tower Fan-Forced Space Heater PTHW15-18MR or the Pelonis radiator style. is a better choice and more reliable for the same price tag.
