Lights are lightweight, bright, and very easy to install! We are ordering another 4 when the other half of the garage gets finished, but the first 4 light a 15' x 32' space very generously.

I bought three of these a while back and I just love them. They are much brighter than the old fluorescents. They also come on with no flicker at full brightness when it's cold. I plan on replacing about 25 more fixtures with these. I also intend to use the motion detecting module in several areas for auto on and off.

I replaced three garage ceiling 2-tube fluorescent fixtures with 3 of the LED's. Way more light and better light. If long life and winter lighting come to be, whatta deal! I should mention one lamp came separate from the others and the package was re-sealed and there was a dent in the reflector piece. I took it back (store).

Bought 10 of these for my shop, nice and bright, easy to install. The picture shows four of them over my cutting table, as you can see they are brighter than the 8' florescent fixtures. Like these a lot, I have had them about 3 months so we will see how long they last!

I absolutely love these dang things. Lit my entire 400 square foot garage with five and it took me a whopping 20 minutes to hang, link and power them. They are featherweight, the light temperature is fantastic, and best of all, no dealing with fluorescent bulbs and the ominous hum nor flickering. I've used these in weather down to -5F and they worked a charm. Best thing ever.

Have been recommending this product like crazy. These are awesome on several fronts. First, though, the negative: They ship with a 14" connector. It is pretty useless... needs to be 16". If you are running them across your floor joists, and you try to skip a bay, you will have to jury-rig it to make them work (16 vs 14 inches). The good news is that HD stores sell a different brand/same fastener that is a full 16 inches. The GOOD: Many great things: 1) You can hang them with just a couple of #4 finish nails. (No nail-heads... they don't fit through the links.) 2) Related to #1, you can test how/where to hang them EASILY! Just run an extension cord and hang them all over until you figure it out. Then you can add outlets as and where you need them. I added a few 4-banger and a couple of 2-banger outlets. 3) I found that hanging them across my work area is the best. See the attached photos. I have 5 in a row, 3 bays apart (4 feet), one after the other. They "cross" my work-machines. Because they are four feet long, that means NO SHADOWS. Very clean work areas this way. 4) LOTS of lumens, and they all point DOWN. No wasted light shining up into the joists above me. 5) LOW amperage usage. I have these spread over two 20-amp circuits, both of which run power tools. I did the calcs, and 9 of these run connected (max you can connect in one chain) pulls just over 2 1/2 amps. That is so TINY! Gosh. Even a table saw can run on the same circuit! I have an unpainted basement (for the most part... the prior owners did splash some around a bit here and there). So I went for "100 lumens" as my basis. It is really clean, bright, steady, and just a joy to be in for working on projects.

I put two of these in my garage and it lights up most of the 12 foot work bench. I'll be adding two more to light up additional area of the garage. They're much brighter than two 32 watt T8's. and they're very light in weight, easily hang from the supplied chains. They're so good that I bought four of them for a new work shop I added at my church. Some improvements to it could be; 1) The end plugs are keyed. Essentially a input for power and an output to link up the next unit. It'd be nice if the ends were labeled IN or OUT. Except for a very small keyed slot, they look identical. 2) The supplied chains come with one set of "S" hooks so that each hooks on to the unit itself and the instruction reads to also use "S" hooks at the other end but they are not supplied. Yes, you can nail it to ceiling joist but in my installation it is a drywall ceiling. It took a trip to the store to get some J hooks and S hooks. Do get the smallest "S" hook made. 3) The supplied link cable is 13" long but someone did not have there hat on that day. When I installed the units, at my church, and hung from the ceiling joist that were 16" on center. I installed three fixtures in a row leaving a 16" space (joist to joist) between them. When I went to link them with the supplied jumper cord is when I realized they were 3"-4" short. The cords should be 24 inches long so they can also be linked when hanging from 24" centered joist. It only meant I had to install a second outlet in the ceiling. There is only one set of holes for the S hooks at each end so there is no adjusting the location.

This really lights up a space! This is a great shop light which lights up the front half of my utility room. Very bright and relatively attractive for a shop light. Fairly easy to install. I had to provide my own hook screws to hang it from the ceiling board in my basement between the joists. The hanging chain is ample, strong and so long that I doubled it over for my installment. The pull chain is 19 inches long and centered on the light which I like because it hangs directly between my washer and dryer and causes less sway when pulled. The operation of the pull chain has a nice feel to it compared to other pull chains that I use, hard to describe but you just need a short quick tug on it and it lights up immediately. I have another 4 foot LED shop light by another manufacturer that boasts 3700 lumens which is more than this light but to my eyes this light looks brighter to me, I don't know why or how but it does, it is almost too bright! Excellent shop light at a reasonable cost.

I purchased 9 of these lights for my 2 car/woodworking shop garage and am very happy with them. Very easy to install, I spaced them into 3 rows of 3 attached to roof trusses by hooks and a couple of links of the supplied chains to keep them up as high as possible ( check out attached image). I had to also purchase the longer links to connect them together with the end ones plugged into newly installed outlets controlled with wall switches. The row above the garage door is on a separate switch so I can leave them off when the garage door is up. It looks like daytime inside the garage when they are on, there is a slight delay (maybe a second) when you first turn them on. I am really happy to say that I do not hear any buzzing sounds when they are on and they do not interfere with my receivers am/fm radio stations in the garage, like a different light that I tried out. They are on a separate circuit then the outlets. I do also want to add that they have been up and working for only about a week now and it is early December in Wisconsin with winter just arriving. The temps have been below freezing and the lights are working fine so far. These lights have met my expectations and then some.

Nice looking workshop lights. I replaced two failing dual-T8 fluorescent lights in the garage with four of these, resulting in a much brighter area. These are slightly warmer color temperature than T8 lights (4000K for these versus 4100K for T8), but you won't notice the difference without a reference. The linking feature is nice. Only nitpick is these don't come with S hooks for the ceiling side of the chain (only the light side), and the chain segments are smaller than what's pictured on the site, so make sure you know what you need for mounting.

Lights were easy to hang. They throw off more light than I expected so that was a pleasant surprise. Being linkable is also a plus as I did not have enough outlets in the proper places to plug them all in. They were fairly inexpensive compared to other lights I had looked at. Definitely satisfied with the product.

              Changed night into day!
These lights were very easy to install. I particularly like the way they mounted to the ceiling with wood screws and could be ganged together for better coverage of the area. Their low power consumption is also a plus both in installation and operation.

              Excellent warehouse workshop lights!!!
I have to say I was a little skeptical at first becuase I wanted to upgrade the lighting in my 800 sq ft warehouse and I was not sure these would provide enough light. I have a commercial work space with a 12ft ceiling and large roll up door etc. I bought 6 lights, three in each row as you can see in the picture. The brightness of the lights blew me away. Crystal clear light that doesn't need to warm up. The six fixtures provide plenty of light mounted even at 12 ft high! On top of everything else, the installation of these lights is incredibly easy. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with anything else. Nothing can beat the low power savings, installation, and price of these fixtures. At $39 ea, these are an incredible deal.

                Good value
Well packed and reasonable priced product. Nice feature is that they can be linked end to end so only one power cord is needed. The included link wires were too short so I bought the optional 5 footers which worked nicely. MUCH lighter in weight than old style floro lights.

                Lasted 20 Minutes!
I bought this light for my garage and not having much electrical experience, I opted for a plug-in model. Complete waste of money. Worked for 15 to 20 minutes and then wouldn't come on.

                Best investment ever
Was looking for some shop lights to replace an attic bulb. These had a lot of great reviews so I thought I would try them. So easy to install, even a caveman could do it! I didn't hard wire them in like some other people. I took the bulb in the attic and put an outlet there instead and then hung up 2 of these bad boys in about 10 minutes. I bought the separate link cable for $7 to get a little distance (5 ft) between the lights. It comes with a little 13in link cable and a link to connect them without any distance if that's what you prefer. Would work great for sheds, attics, man cave, etc. I've included a picture of the bulb that was in the attic and then the after pics. one is from me standing in the garage looking up into the attic. I never write reviews, but thought this product deserved it.

                Excellent for Garage/Shop Use
These lights are great, I have 24 of them in a grid pattern over my 3-stall garage. Lighting is clean, even and crisp - and an even 1800 lux at waist height throughout the entire garage. I purchased 25 total, and every one of them was well packaged, no failures, no issues anywhere. I hung these 2" off of the ceiling using Molly anchors into the drywall with a 10-24 eye bolt and a short S-hook. With the supplied 4' plug in, I daisy-chained a row and then installed an outlet in the attic above the garage. Using drywall grommets I ran the plug into the attic and plugged them in so nothing is hardwired. If I move these lights are coming with me! Makes for a very simple install. I would absolutely recommend these, and plan to buy more for other areas of the house.

                Excellent shop light
I bought 5 of these shop lights to replace the fluorescent lights in my garage. These lights are very nice and put out plenty of light. I will only need to run 3 of them when on usual basis. When I am working on one of my cars, I can turn the other 2 on, and will have plenty of light. You won't regret buying them. When 2 of my buddies saw how much light they put out, they decided to replace their fluorescent lights with these LEDs. They will pay for themselves over time.

Excellent light thas is bright but not hard on the eyes
The lights were very easy to put up and are brighter than the florescent lights that I replaced. They also are narrower than the florescent lights and look more modern. I especially like how they turn on instantly, with no hesitation. I had bought a couple of led shop lights at Costco also because of the their price, but they have a slight hesitation when turning on and these lights look much better. I bought four of these and each of them work great. The pull chain switch is a plus also.
