Installation of these blades is simple, remove your old blades, and re-use the hardware. The 3 mounting holes are pre drilled and the mounting pattern lined up perfectly with my older model Hampton Bay brand fan. I got these to replace dirty, greasy fan blades on my kitchen ceiling fan, and the fan now looks brand new. An unexpected benefit of installing these blades is how well balanced these blades are, my fan runs much quieter and smoother now. The blades are reversible with a weathered wood grain color on one side and matte white on the other. These are made of a composite wood material and for indoor use only.

Over the years, my fan blades have started to look a little worn. I ordered some replacement blades so that I could refresh the fans without buying new fans altogether. These blades did the trick! I cleaned the fan well, replaced the blades and they look brand new. I love the two-color option and the finishes look as though they will definitely last.

These replacement blades are two sided with one side being white and the other side being an light ashy color. I chose these blades, because I wanted to replace our bedroom ceiling fan's oak blades with white. They are a decent thickness at just under a 1/4 of an inch thick and seem sturdy but light weight for a ceiling fan. Our ceiling fan is an older Hunter Bay, and these replacement blades were too small in their width. These replacement blades did not have holes to match up with our Hunter Bay. I could have drilled more holes, but the predrilled holes would have shown outside the blade bracket. The replacement blades are 16 1/2 inches long.

I use the wood grain side for the bottom and leave the smooth white side at the top as I can dust the smooth side easier. Most ceiling fans only need 4 blades but there are blades in the package. Easy replacement.

Although you may just find it easier to just replace a ceiling fan. This is what you'll need if it's a fan that can't be replaced yet needs new blades. Older ceiling fans that are no longer name and you need to keep it as original as possible. In areas prone to disaster if the blades are damaged yet the fan was a custom order that you can't replace. Granted a lot of careful work to replace, but if you must, this is the best choice for replacement.

These fan blade replacements are really pretty. I like that they come with an option for either white or brown. The blades I have now I painted myself and they didn't come out like I wanted. They looked like they were going to be super easy to install. However, the screws that are holding my current blades are too short for the replacements and I was unable to use them. Adding screws to the package would be a nice touch.

These blades are a perfect fit for my 42 in. ceiling fan in bedroom. We could not decide which color to use: we original had white but the antique grey looks just as good. The most difficult part of the replacement was standing on the chair to remove all fifteen screws ; the three times before we decided to keep the antique grey as the final color.

These are nice but they are shorter than the standard blade for a 42" blade fan

Looked great the inky issue was the jokes of my fan were narrower so the jokes in the paddle didn’t line up. But they look great.

Easy assembly it was a great way to update a ceiling fan

The ceiling fan in my living room was an expensive fan and the motor still functions well however, the fan blades were old, discolored and did not look good with the fresh paint on the ceiling. These fan blades were the perfect addition and replaced the old, dated blades. These fan blades look great, the finish looks good and appears to be easy to clean. My wife loves the "new" look of our living room and replacing the fan blades was much easier and less expensive than replacing the entire ceiling fan. This was a perfect way to update our living room without "breaking the bank". Installation was easy and only took about half an hour. These fan blades are a great solution for updating any old ceiling fan.

Open the package in front of a manager and verify if there are 5 blades as it says in the package. Only 4 come in the package. Quite disappointed of been lied to.

I recovered the blades but the mounting hardware had been removed prior to shipping.

Color was a bit harsher white than I expected. However, a good product!!
